Getting Around:

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

**Other Things to Note:**

Please be aware that the area can get very busy during bike weeks, especially during the Atlantic Beach Bike Fest. This may lead to police-managed traffic flows, increased congestion, and crowded conditions. Additionally, our busiest week is during the Fourth of July, when parking may fill up quickly. While ample parking is available, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and you may need to use overflow lots or park on the street during peak times. There are two parking garages and three surface lots available for guests.



This unit is self-catering, meaning consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel-sized soap and shampoo as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies once these are used up.



Please note that amenities may be subject to closure or interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management.
