Aa I have remote Check in, all adult guests must provide valid photo ID and agree to House Rules and County Good Neighbor Policy upon reservation.

HOUSE RULES
-No parties
-No Pets (sorry)
-No Smoking anywhere on property
- Primary guest must be over 25 years old
- Quiet hours after 10 pm. Mute car locks.
- No 3rd Party Bookings. (ie. your spouse, dad or friend can't book for you.)
- No Visitors or extra guests
- Not suitable for small children under 10 (fireplace stove insert extremely hot, no safety locks on cupboards).
- No electric car charging
-There is a low cleaning fee. You are expected to leave cabin clean as you found it to avoid extra fees stating at $50. No trash, dirty dishes, burnt food on stove, or spills.

The community is quiet and peaceful. There are full time residents next door. Please be respectful and mute your car locks at night/early morning.
There are outdoor cameras for security.

The space
Close to Lake, slopes, and Village, but away from the crowds in a Quiet community with hiking and bike trails, local market, and Bar & Grill.
Only 10-15 minutes to Lake, Bear Mountain, and Snow Summit, Village is about 20 mins. FREE shuttle 3 blocks from the cabin!
Flat parking for two cars right out front.
Kitchen was just remodeled, has new appliances, and is fully equipped.
All new flooring
Clean and comfortable...

Guest access
Full access. Locked storage shed out back, 1 side of 2nd bedroom closet has vacuum.

Other things to note
Each guest will read and agree to the HOUSE RULES and COUNTY GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, and PROVIDE VALID ID FOR EACH ADULT GUEST PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

Beginning NOV 1st-May 1st CHAINS REQUIRED!
Drivers must carry tire chains in their vehicle when traveling up the hill and around town. ( Even 4 wheel drive).
PLEASE know how to put them on and take off Prior to arriving.
If pulled over, you will be ticketed.
-Pull COMPLEATLY off the road at designated turn offs to install chains.
- Carry small shovel, food and blankets. Top off antifreeze.
-NEVER travel with snow on your roof or trunk!

-Driveway and deck will be plowed after 4 or more inches of snow.
Ice melt, scraper, and shovel supplied, as is 1st night fire wood Only. ( bring additional natural wood, no Dura Flame type.)

Easy access from Hwy 38 or 18. Level parking out front for 2 vehicles only. No street parking.
