Your stay in the heart of Burgundy will allow you to combine rest, nature, leisure and tourist visits. Located in a property with a beautiful garden and an orchard, this 134 m2 house that can accommodate up to 8 people is tastefully renovated and will suit nature lovers, while being in the heart of a village. Of character with its stone slabs, its future open stove in the living room, it will offer you beautiful sunsets. It consists on the first floor of a living room of 30 m², a large and very pleasant kitchen with bright joinery of the best quality overlooking the garden. There is also a toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, you can discover a large bedroom of 18 m2 with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. A second smaller bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed overlooking the garden. Finally, a third bedroom of 18m2 (master suite) including a shower room and two 90 beds very often close together, but also allowing to be separated for possible professionals, groups of friends or children. Finally, you can relax in a small open living room very pleasant and overlooking the garden. The bathroom with toilet and bathtub is located in the heart of the floor. Outside, a beautiful garden adjoining another property as well as an orchard and a furnished terrace will allow you to eat outside. A gas barbecue is at your disposal for beautiful evenings with family or friends. Positioned in a protected area, you can go and see the castle, but especially its chapel (Chapelle Saint-Jean), former Hermitage in the many possible walks that the village offers. The Burgundy wine route is 40 km away as well as the beautiful city of Dijon and its many tourist attractions.
