We're located on a canal that leads out to the intracoastal waterway and is a 15 minute walk to the oceanfront that has restaurants, shopping, and swimming at the beach! The property has 2 bedrooms (one king size and the other full size beds and linens are provided). There are 2 bathrooms with showers (towels provided), kitchen (with pots, pans, plates, cups, saucers, silverware, Keurig coffee machine, blender), family room with cable TV and internet, and a dining area. There’s a sitting area outside your door and a larger sitting area with a grill just a few steps on the side of the building. The unit is facing the canal where you can bring your jet-ski or small boat and park it at the dock. You can go biking or walking in this beautiful area! Come live the Florida life!
