This newly remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, offset stone back splash, all in modern colors to showcase coastal living. There is a refrigerator/freezer, cook top oven, microwave, and numerous kitchen amenities to help you serve up a hearty breakfast and scrumptious dinner. There's a dining table for six, bar stools at the snack counter, and an exclusive wet bar with wine refrigerator.

Primary En-suite

Up the wood staircase is your path to a lofty and serene primary en-suite bedroom complete with an extravagant walk in shower with a rainfall shower head, bench and towel hooks. Also included are custom built in's and cabinetry with granite top vanity. At night, stream Netfilx on a flat panel cable television. From the master balcony, admire how the fleeting colors of dusk begin to fade into soft rolling sounds of waves and to awaken to those same sounds from a comfortable king size bed.

Guest En-suite

The guest bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space and dresser storage. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a newly remodeled shower, vanity sink, lavatory and bath amenities to get your vacation started.

Take in the coastal air from split level balconies, furnished with loungers and chairs on both balconies. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities; including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months).
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.

Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Sample an abundance of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities in Port Aransas and Corpus Christi, 10 minutes away by car.
