Upstairs a bedroom with a bed of 140 and storage, another bedroom with bed of 140 and storage.
Fitted sheets and duvet included.
Travel cot and high chair included.

Outside, a fully enclosed garden with wicket gate, a terrace, a storeroom equipped with a washing machine and storage.

Shops nearby: creperie, pizzeria, renowned atmospheric bar (the Coota), artisanal ice cream, surf shop, bike rental and mini-market (open in the summer season), all located less than 100 meters away.
The house is ideally located 3 km from the city center of Erdeven and Plouharnel, 9 km from Carnac, 19 km from Quiberon.
