The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Lumio, this charming modern house of architect, of plain foot, air-conditioned to less than one kilometer of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 140 m ² and being able to accommodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m² and two terraces. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The single-storey apartment is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190), an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet, accessible from the garden only.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) of approx. 60 m², 50 cm to 2 m deep, with child protection around it. Open from 1 May to 30 September. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m² as well as two terraces surrounding the house of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of the beach accessible on foot, of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The island of beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat ride... If you are eager to discover the area, drive around to discover its wonders; ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private parking of the house (vehicle) or outside the property (3 vehicles).

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Cocoby station: a small train serves all the beaches between Calvi and Ile Rousse.
- Nearest ferry station : ferry station of Ile Rousse at about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport located about 20 minutes by car.

- Sheets and towels included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be required.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to weather conditions.
