This Private Carriage House in Seacrest Beach is the perfect place to escape to for a romantic getaway, babymoon, honeymoon, birthday, anniversary or any time you just want a few days of peace and quiet by yourself or with some company! It is conveniently located between Rosemary and Alys Beach! It has a full, eat-in kitchen, a cozy Queen bedroom suite with full bathroom, a spacious living room and a private balcony. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and is stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. The bathroom has a glass enclosed, stone shower with body jets. The fabulous Lagoon Pool with new Cafe is just steps away and the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast are a few blocks away using a Private Beach Access. Tram service is also available March - October. The Seacrest Security is onsite 24/7 and parking is included in the private driveway. The warm and inviting space in this Private Carriage House will be the place to come back to year after year to enjoy that little bit of paradise that can only be found in Seacrest Beach!!

My husband I had never been to 30A. It was great. The location of this Carriage House is right in the middle so you are close to everything. We really enjoyed it!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at this house! Tons of room and so clean. The location was perfect, and the tram to the beach and amazing pool make it a dream for water lovers! It’s also a very short walk to Rosemary and Alys, so we parked our car and walked everywhere. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay in the carriage house at Seas The Moment! Jill was a fantastic host, very welcoming and responsive. This place was just the right size for my wife and I to have a relaxing getaway for our anniversary, and it came stocked with everything we needed. Access to the beach, pool, and local shopping/restaurants within an easy walk. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

What a perfect place for a quick getaway! So close to everything, from the community pool, to local restaurants to the beach. It was just my wife and I, and it was perfect. I love that they had everything we needed, to include beach chairs and an umbrella. All you literally need is clothes and the weather to cooperate. The property manager was great, communicating with us the entire way. Would recommend, will stay again!

Long weekend getaway!!

We had an amazing time here! Jill was so communicative can responsive before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary weekend was special. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Location was prime and easily walkable/bikable to Alys and Rosemary Beach. We will definitely be back soon!

Anniversary Trip was perfect

This place is absolutely perfect. Very comfortable, everything you might need plus more. Owner is amazing and very available. We will be back. Close to private beach, or short drive to public beach. Literally steps from a resort style pool. I can’t say enough about this place… it’s perfection.

Perfect little nook!

I stayed in the Carriage House with my two young daughters and this property was perfect for us. The outside deck is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for coffee in the morning and lunch between the beach and pool visits. The tram was efficient, and it’s a fantastic location near the pool. The owner, Jill, was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Great Labor Day Weekend

We loved the location, porch and shuttle to the beach. The pool was beautiful and the kitchen nicely stocked. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Our only dislike about renting in this neighborhood was the crowded beach. Everyone from this unit dumps in a small space and it was packed. We’d rent chairs if we stayed here again.

A lovely stay in Seacrest!

My husband and I stayed for a week at Jill's place in Seacrest. It's our third time staying at this property - we come back every year because it's so great. The location truly cannot be beat - steps from the lagoon pool (wow - what a pool!) and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, though there are trams running if you prefer to take a quick 2 minute ride to the beach. It's within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with Jill was also fantastic. She was easily reachable and checked in to make sure we arrived safe and sound. She was also able to coordinate a late check-out for us (a rarity in the summer months in FL!) since our flight was that afternoon. The carriage house in and of itself had everything we needed from kitchen equipment/utensils to extra pillows/blankets to tons of towels. The balcony is the perfect spot to sit and have coffee every morning! Jill is even gracious enough to provide a cooler and beach chairs for those that are flying in, so you don't have to buy them for just the week. It really is the perfect little spot and we hope to be back next year. Thank you, Jill - it was a lovely vacation!

Jill is a fantastic host and her place is in a great location!

My family and I booked this reservation months in advance and Jill was great at communicating with us since day 1. She responded to our questions in a timely manner, and she was very thorough with the check-in process making it extremely easy for us when we arrived. The stairs to the Carriage House are a little steep but manageable. Everything we needed was available (dishes, linens, beach chairs, etc.) and it was very clean. The shops, restaurants, the pool and the beach were all within walking distance and the tram was very efficient when needed. We truly enjoyed staying at the Carriage House. We will for sure be back!

Seas the Moment Carriage House

Jill's carriage house is homey, comfortable, quiet, and in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, lagoon pool, and the beach. The essentials were provided; the beach towels and chairs were an added bonus. Jill addressed my chemical sensitivities and communicated my concerns to her housekeeping team. I was very appreciative. Jill is an excellent communicator; she responds quickly to questions. The day of arrival, she texted to make sure we had everything we needed. She even texted us a heads-up about a road closure because of an Ironman competition. Jill sincerely desires that her guests have an enjoyable experience.
