Swaying Palmetto trees, spacious covered outdoor areas, large open backyard mixed with the relaxing atmosphere of Edisto Beach guarantees quality family time and lasting vacation memories!

2111 Jenkins Street is a family owned 4 BR, 4BA beach home located on a quiet street just a few hundred feet from beach access. It offers an open floor plan anchored by a spacious kitchen between a large front porch for rocking, and screened porch perfect for relaxing or outside dining.

Three bedrooms offer queen beds, televisions and their own private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has a pair of comfy twin beds and shares the downstairs guest bathroom. There’s an unexpected bonus area upstairs which boast an additional gathering area with a tv and another pair of twin beds. This is a perfect area for the kids. Those staying in the bonus area share the guest bathroom downstairs.

Plenty of parking available with an abundance of outdoor space underneath to park your boat, rented golf cart, or just for enjoying family gatherings rain or shine!

NO SMOKING . NO PETS . NO House Parties. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for a nominal fee through EdistoEssentials.com. Saturday to Saturday rental in months June-August.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed in Salty Paws and it was wonderful once again. This house is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen! The owners communicate very well too. Great place to stay!

Great stay!

A great family vacation home! Our kids loved the loft area so they could have a place all to themselves. Our time was spent mostly on the screen porch watching the many deer. Thankful for room to park the boat and plenty of room for the family cars.

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first stay at Salty Paws and first time at Edisto Beach needless to say we can’t wait to go back! The house was perfect and the owners made the entire check in and check out process very smooth! We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Good House to stay in Edisto

We sure appreciated the openness and the plenty of space during our recent stay. Sorely missed was an icemaker, please hook the existing one to a water supply! We enjoyed our stay!

Great roomy house with plenty of room upstairs and downstairs

Had a great boating vacation at Edisto with family. Great food and beautiful boat rides in the ace basin. Lisa was fantastic host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this house.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Salty Paws. The floor plan is spacious and great for families. We enjoyed seeing deer in the yard. 2 large porches to enjoy. The location is great. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at Salty Paws

With 20 years of visiting Edisto, this was our 2nd year at Salty Paws and this house is easily near the top of our list of favorites. The bonus area is the perfect space for our kids. The house was clean and especially appreciated the grill being clean. The screened in back porch was perfect for evening board games and deer watching. The owners checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. It was not just going well, it was another great week in Edisto and we are thankful for Salty Paws’ accommodations!

Great stay for our friend vacation

The house was exactly as expected! It’s perfect for a large family or 2 families with kids the loft was perfect for them. Plenty of room for us all. The kids loved watching all the deer, and there was plenty of room for them to play outside.

Family beach trip

The pictures for this house don’t do it justice! It’s so spacious and clean! We had plenty of room to spread out. Just a short walk to the beach and in a quiet area. Even though it rained our entire trip the covered patios made it enjoyable to be outside! Would absolutely stay here again.

Highly Recommended!

This was our second time staying at this property and first time under new owners John & Lisa. They were such gracious hosts and accommodated our requests. The house is lovely - and located on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. They beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the both the back and front porches and the outside fans helped make the temperature perfect on both! We are hoping to return again to make more family memories here on Edisto and would definitely rent this home again!

Great Location

This was our 2nd year at Salty Paws. The house is very spacious. The bonus room upstairs is a favorite of our kids. Having en-suite bathrooms is so nice! Screened porch was lovely! Outdoor shower is so helpful! So many deer in the backyard. It's a fantastic place for families!

Very Nice and Clean!

From the very moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a great house! Check in was very smooth and the house was very clean! This house was a perfect fit for the nine of us, which consisted of a family of five, grandparents and sister-in-law and brother-in-law. Everyone had their own space to include their own bathroom. My wife and I have been going to Edisto for 30 years and this has been our best house yet! We look forward to next years trip and staying in Salty Paws.

Wonderful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Salty Paws! The house is just beautiful. Well maintained, clean and a very easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for us to spread out between the front & back porches and the area under the house. We have been going to Edisto for 20 years and this home is by far one of our favorites! The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need for meal prep. Watching all the deer in the backyard was a bonus! John and Lisa are terrific hosts. We had no issues at all.

Salty Paws was a perfect fit for our family (5 adults, 3 kids) the 3 queen bedrooms with attached baths and the twins for the kids, (loft was a huge hit-great space with 2 twins). The house is Very Clean, nicely decorated. Saw deer every day! The space under the house is great, open, decent breeze through it. Perfect for corn hole. We rented a golf cart due to young kids, but adults could walk to the beach-good access. Hosts are quick to answer any questions. We definitely would rent again

Salty paws

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the house. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and a quick walk to the beach from the house. House has plenty of games to play in the closet as well. The screened in back porch was a nice touch for early morning coffee or to enjoy dinner and conversation. We would/will be back to enjoy the house and all it offers. Property owners were in constant communication with us, making sure we made it safely and we had everything we needed.

Great floor plan and very clean

We loved the floor plan. Plenty of room. Large den and kitchen! Very clean. Hard to find 4 full baths, this was an asset! The space under the house is huge and the kids loved playing in the space. My son said its big enough to play pickle ball and still have room for the kids to play. Host very attentive and responsive! Enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard each night. I would highly recommended.

Perfect House

After 9 years we found the perfect house. The bedroom layout is perfect and there are plenty of bathrooms for the entire family. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. The back porch is amazing, we chose to have all our meals out there and in the evenings there were always deer to amaze the family. Under the house is a great evening hang out, plenty of room for corn hole. The location is a short walk to the beach, even though we had golf carts we would sometimes walk down at night. The outside shower is large. The owners are very responsive. The house was very clean and well organized. 10/10.
