A very functional house on 2 levels, ideal for 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, toilet on each floor and storage.
On the first floor: a living room with dining room table, fully equipped semi-open kitchen (filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer tray, bar table for) a laundry room with washing machine. A first floor bedroom with double bed in 160 cm and a large storage space, its bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the stairs is a small library at your disposal.
Upstairs a bedroom with 3 single beds in 190cm and its bathroom with toilet.

Outside an unfenced garden and parking space
The peninsula has more than 120km of Gr 34 coastal path, many beaches and spots for skiing, a wild and grandiose nature.
For sportsmen or not, for the photographer and just for the pleasure of the eyes, this territory is exceptional!

Charges are included and the cleaning of the exit is mandatory to be paid on site
