The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this ultimate beach side Pied-a-Terre into our portfolio of distinctive homes all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with sophistication and charm and a short one minute walk to the beach, this is the cottage for you..
Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne. Additionally two designer style robes are provided for your comfort as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary Pish Posh Patchouli's and our special blend of light citrus mixed with hints of jasmine, rose, and hyacinth Bondi Breeze soaps
There is plenty of room to relax in the spacious light and airy living area, featuring clean line furnishings, comfortable seating, 50" flat screen TV and an added bonus of two outside balconies for additional comfort and relaxation. Secured WiFi is available throughout.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen to include stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, micro wave and Keurig coffee maker are some of the many features. As part of the living area, a cozy dining space, to relax and enjoy your favorite meal. Also on the first floor is a washer/dryer and half bath.
Located on the second floor is the king master ensuite to include shower tub combination. This area also includes TV and seating area.
Whether you begin your day enjoying your first cup of coffee on the outside veranda or decide to relax with your favorite beverage at the end of the day while walking to sunset, this cottage will not disappoint. Kindly be advised that a maximum of two adult guests is allowed
Parking is available in the garage or on the parking pad in front of the doors. There are two bikes provided along with two beach chairs/cart/towels, small cooler and portable beach umbrella.

Host was very responsive and the amenities were excellent. Great location with easy walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The beach was just spectacular - soft white sand and clear water extending for miles.

We had an incredible stay for our babymoon. The host even mailed back some belongings we left. Great communication and SO close to the ocean. We loved the location.

This is at least the 4th time we've stayed at this property and it is perfection every time. The size is great for 2 people - very roomy, and the location cannot be beat.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at ā€˜Alwaysā€™ carriage house for my husbandā€™s birthday and the long holiday weekend. The space is compact but ideal for two people looking for a bit more space and amenities than a hotel has. The proximity to the beach (walkover A-West) and Coquina pool was ideal. The space itself had everything we needed and was well appointed. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. I enjoyed having the two balconies. I agree with one of the other reviews that a luggage rack would be a nice touch. There were also no hangers in the ā€˜closetā€™ which would have been nice to have since I like to unpack. I definitely recommend this carriage house and would definitely stay here again!

Great anniversary getaway!

Lovely carriage home. Loved all the light, location was certainly great! Enjoyed the great bedding linens, towels and bath items.Only suggestion for our future stay would be helpful to have luggage racks - I had to give up my nightstand for 4 nites so I didnā€™t have to stoop to the floor for my luggage items. Also more than 1 facecloth pp for a 4 nite stay. Otherwise just perfect! Loved the porches too!

First visit to RMB

Always carriage house was perfect! We enjoyed the area and beaches so much. It was just gorgeous and loved how everything we needed was right there. Only had to hop in the car to go to Publix which was so convenient. Can't wait to visit again!

Paradise awaits

For two people this coach house was perfect for our week stay in Rosemary Beach. So close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. No need for your car since walking or biking make it easy. Outdoor pool is a short walk, very short. Thank u Cheryl for all your help and making everything easy for us. We will be back.

One of our favorite carriage houses we have stayed in at Rosemary Beach. The property manager is very responsive. We will definitely rent this carriage house again.

An Incredible Stay In An Incredible House

We knew we had booked the right place as soon as we walked in the door. Felt like a model home. Everything we needed was there- bikes, beach wagon with chairs and umbrella (saved us quite a bit of money!). The carriage house is on a quiet street, a very short walk down the street to the beach access. Updated finishes throughout, and a bed that slept great. The only complaint we had (which is not really a complaint) is that hooks for the robes and towels would have come in handy. I feel bad even writing anything negative, as our stay was outstanding. A short walk to shops and great restaurants too. Highly recommend this property!

So close to the beach, pool, and the town center. Surprisingly quiet too. AC worked very well. TV was nice with a ton of channels and Netflix. Wifi worked flawlessly. Hope to be back.

Excellent Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ultimate Gulf Side Pied-a-Terre. The Carriage House met all of our expectations for a long weekend at Rosemary Beach. It is well equipped, very comfortable and clean. It is perfectly located for the beach, the tennis facility, shopping and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

Great little home close to beach

Beautiful and clean home located so close to the beach you can almost hear the waves! We loved our stay and would definitely book again. The garage was a tight fit for my truck, but everything was set up perfectly.

Overall the location and size of the property was perfect. We just noticed other things that made the rating go down. There were a lot of stains on the furniture throughout the apartment (the couch, the headboard of the bed, the chairs in the living room, the comforter). When we went to wash some beach towels we noticed mold in the rim areas of the washer. The shower did not drain properly so we felt like we were taking a bath in the shower. If these things were changed it would make the property worth coming back to.

Perfect Couple's Retreat!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in February. This was the perfect place to call home for what ended up being a cold, rainy and windy weekend! We loved having more space than just a hotel room, and the whole place was just absolutely perfect. Such a great location, and such a magical place! Can't wait to go back!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed a very lovely time here. The bed was comfortable and everything was as is listed. It was great having a half bathroom downstairs as it is more than a few steps to treck upstairs to the bedroom. Good for getting those steps in every day. The kitchen is tiny, as shown in pics. There is a small stovetop with a pot and a couple of skillets great for breakfast or quick meal if you desire, and a microwave. Also a kuerog coffee pot which we always enjoy having. The refrigerator and freezer were nice size with plenty of room for drinks etc. There is no icemaker, so grab a bag of ice on your way in and you're good to go. There are more than ample dishes and silverware. The extra beach towels, wagon, ice chest, and chairs were especially great when going to the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed a comfortable stay.
