Nice but…

We were in town for a dance nationals. Moms and teen dancers. The house was the perfect size, plenty of room and clean. They need more bath towels in each bathroom! At least 4 sets! Some of the towels were very cheap others were fine. Very mismatched. The neighborhood or maybe just street was full of parties and people smoking weed. Lots of congregating in the street at night. We didn’t like that especially coming home at night after a long day. We did not find it to be family friendly. We happened to be there over the 4th and it was like a war zone outside. People all in the streets setting off fireworks all night. It would be nice to have more lights in or even around the pool for night time when you want to be out there using the pool.It was a great house just not in a great part of the development. We used one of the community pools and that was very nice and we enjoyed that.

Great house!

The house was very well appointed. The pool area is spectacular. However, there was only one sun chair and the pictures said they were two. The pool was not very clean, but someone did come to clean it.. the beds were extremely comfortable, but the sofa was not. The biggest complaint that I had was the cell phone and Wi-Fi reception, it was almost nonexistent. I would stay at this house again. Yes, I didn’t have to work while there.

Great Stay

The house was wonderful. Very clean, and pictures were accurate. My only negative would be how crowded the resort pool was. There were not enough lounge chairs and you had wait for one. But overall our vacation was wonderful and the house was perfect.

Lied to day one of the stay right up to the last! Paid for pool heat the pool was ice cold and we got the excuse the pool tech came every day to fix it saved every message and talking to other people who started near us same story they just lie to you about everything

Great house for large group

This house is perfect for large groups that are planning to go to Disney. Location made getting to Disney parks daily pretty easy. Our only complaint was with the pool which was a major factor in our decision to rent this house. We asked for it to be heated and paid the extra $$ nightly. The pool was not heated when we arrived and hadn't even been started actually. So we sent a message (got immediate response) but it takes time to heat so we were there 2 of our 5 nights without the pool. Once it finally heated by the 3rd night, it was great. But the hot tub is NOT a hot tub. It is called a spa and will only get to the temp of the pool. We were highly disappointed in that as we were looking forward to relaxing in the "hot tub" in the evenings after walking the parks all day. The management was very responsive when we did have an issue with the pool though and refunded us for 1 night of the pool heater. But then after we left, we were hit with a claim regarding the pool fencing. It was torn when we arrived but we got hit with it. So I would suggest buying the rental insurance AND take pictures of anything wrong when you arrive.

More than we expected!!

We absolutely enjoyed the property. The home was clean and very accessible. There was more than plenty of room for our family to enjoy! The only issue we encounter was how rowdy the neighborhood was. Nothing you all can do about it. It would be nice to have patrol around the neighborhood for the neighbors who partied until 4am. The other nuisance was the amount of trash on the streets. We appreciated you had the gray box setup for us to put our trash. We felt like we did not contribute to the mess. Thank you for the quick responses!!

Great family time.

Nice property, very clean and plenty of room for all of us! Area gets a little noisy and party feeling on the weekends but the weeknights are quiet. We enjoyed our stay and we’re really pleased with the quick feedback from Gladstone whenever we had questions.

Great experience !!

The property was exactly as described. The house was very clean and organized. There were super comfy beds and that’s a plus in my book. The cell phone reception in the area was horrible but that still didn’t impact the way my family and I felt about the property. I will definitely reserve this property again and will advise anyone that’s looking for a vacation rental to do the same 🥰. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Area properties unkept manicure landscape.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, very clean. The outside area lack manicure landscaping that would’ve added to the neighborhood. Grass through the neighbor was not cut and litter of trash was seen. As we drove through the resort, we noticed that all the other areas were meticulously landscaped. Though the house was perfect, when we pulled up to the house we were concerned. First impression is what will remain. Though the house was lovely, because of the neighborhood being unkept, I will choose another area next time within the same Resort.

The Resort is close to Downtown Disney, where you can find AMC Theaters, Cirque du Soleil, Disney Quest, Splitsville Bowling, the Lego Store, as well as an array of restaurants, bars, shopping stores, and many other activities for kids, such as a carrousel, train rides, Lego building, splash pads, etc.

The Lake Buena Vista Outlet, Premium Outlets, and 24 Hours Super Center Wal-Mart, Super Target, OLD TOWN which has many rides and fun things to do. Also at Old Town, you can take the Busch Gardens bus that takes you straight to the park for free. All you need is your park admission to get on.

The resort is just minutes from Disney’s Wide World of Sports, and it is also close to Miniature Golf, Falcons Fire Golf Course, Lake Buena Vista Water Sports, Gatorland, Boggy Creek Air Boat Rides, Cracker Barrel, Longhorn Steakhouse, Pizzeria Uno, Japanese Kabuki, Falafel O King, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Kabob Express, TGI Friday's, Olive Garden, Dunkin Donuts, and Krispy Kreme Donuts, all within walking distance.
