Virginie is passionate about interior design and is a seasoned traveler.<br><br>-DESCRIPTION OF “LE COCON”:<br>“Le Cocon Sarladais” isn’t new and has already made dozens of travelers happy. We took a one-year hiatus to completely renovate it. You can see all the reviews on my Airbnb profile!<br>Le Cocon is a 50m² single-level apartment. It features a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (new bedding), a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and a towel warmer, and a living room with a full-size sofa bed featuring a 140x190cm box spring and mattress.<br>The living room also features a 140cm smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, etc... with your login credentials, as well as 160 Orange channels.<br>It also features a kitchen with induction cooktops, a convection and pyrolytic oven, a fridge-freezer, a 12-place-setting dishwasher, a touch-control range hood, an electric kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine—everything you need to cook just like at home—and a washing machine.<br>For your comfort in the summer, the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling-mounted fans with remote controls.<br>Sheets, bath towels, linens, cleaning supplies, soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.<br>Le Cocon was designed just for me! I love traveling all over the world and am a big fan of Airbnb and Vrbo, so I’ve done my best to make you feel right at home!<br>Le Cocon is in high demand on Airbnb—you can check out the many reviews already posted on the platform.<br><br>-ACCESS AND CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:<br>Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM:<br>You’ll have access to the entire apartment and a private parking spot right in front of the building’s entrance.<br>A key box is also available in case we are unable to greet you in person or for late arrivals and early departures. We prefer to welcome our guests in person whenever possible.<br><br>-NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:<br>A 2-minute walk from the historic center, the post office, the nearest restaurants, bars, shops, the movie theater, Town Hall Square, and the cathedral. You can go out in the evening to dine at a restaurant or have a drink without worrying about your car! An extremely quiet neighborhood; the bedroom and living room have no direct views into neighboring properties. No nighttime disturbances.<br><br>-GETTING AROUND SARLAT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA:<br>You can get around on foot and leave your car in your private parking spot.<br>You’ll be just a 10–15-minute drive from popular attractions such as Castenaud, La Roque Gageac, Marqueyssac, Beynac, Monfort, Domme, and the Dordogne River. It will take you 20 minutes to reach Montignac and the Lascaux IV cave, and another 20 minutes to Les Eysies-de-Tayac, where you’ll be immersed in the heart of the “Land of Man.”<br><br>-SOME BASIC GUIDELINES:<br>Basic cleaning is included in the rate (€40).<br>However, for everyone’s comfort and well-being, you will be asked to empty your trash and take it to the designated trash collection points (Place Pasteur or La Boétie Middle School parking lot). You can walk there.<br>Linens, sheets, and towels must be removed and placed in the bag provided upon arrival.<br>Dishes must be washed and put away before your departure.<br>Furniture and items inside and outside the property must be returned to their original places if they have been moved.<br>The grill must also be cleaned if you have used it.<br>
