Snowcreek Mammoth Mountain & Golf Course View Home. Family & Pet-Friendly!

Enjoy your vacation in this desirable Snowcreek V location. Perfect for families all year-round. Enjoy the Mammoth Mountain and golf course views from the living room in the summer, and watch it transform into a snow-filled playground in the winter. Many wonderful hiking trails, including the Sherwin Creek Trail system and Mammoth Rock Trail, all easily accessible straight from the back door of the house. Easy, five minute drive to the ski slopes at Eagle Lodge. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores are just one mile down the street.

A comfortable floor plan with two king suites (each with their own attached full bath) and laundry room downstairs. Spacious living area, kitchen, deck, office, queen room, bunk room (4 twin beds) and full bath upstairs. The attached two car garage makes living in snow country easy! The wonderful Snowcreek HOA clears snow from the front door walkway & (2 car) driveway to make your winter stay a breeze. A community spa is available a few doors down from the house.

Kitchen contains plenty of cooking, grilling, baking utensils and appliances. Current Model G dual zone electric grill on second floor balcony. Insurance & HOA regulations prohibit propane gas grills.

All rooms have large flat screen TV's. The living room has a 75" flat screen TV with sound bar on a hydraulic pull-down mount for ideal movie streaming & game watching. You may need a movie break after playing endless games of foosball or chess, checkers, and backgammon at the table near the bar! Board games, cards, and books are also available.

Cross country ski or backcountry ski directly from the house onto the snowy golf course in the winter. Hike the Sherwin trails and Mammoth Rock trail directly from the house in the summer.

Snowcreek Athletic Club & Golf Course amenities available through the Club for an additional charge.

Summer Travel: As with most, if not all Mammoth properties, this house does not have air conditioning.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing an additional travel insurance policy upon checkout to cover unexpected circumstances that may interfere with your travel plans.

Pets: We love animals! Upon acceptance of our pet policy (included in contract), 1 well behaved dog will be accepted. Be prepared to crate your dog if you absolutely must leave it unattended. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Great spot on the golf course

Great place to stay. Golf course was closed which made it even nicer with the dogs. Property has beautiful views and is nice and quiet.

Great summer cabin

This was perfectly located, close to shops and the lakes. Kids could ride around the community on bikes and enjoy the hot tub. The beds were super comfy, place was in good condition and host was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home and excellent location.

Well appointed and beautiful interior. This home worked great for our extended family consisting of seven adults and two infant grandchildren. Erin was super accommodating and very professional. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an upscale place to stay in Mammoth Lakes.

Beautiful Townhome

This is our second stay at this townhome, and we again had a wonderful time. The place comes fully stocked, rooms are large and has enough space for multiple families to stay comfortably. The kids loved the double bunkbeds! The host communicates well and is very nice! The view from the town home is so lovely!

Beautiful Stay in Mammoth

This property is beautiful, inside and out. It has great views and is clean and modern inside. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms/linens are very nice. It was a great place to come back to each day after hiking and horseback riding in and around Mammoth. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great week!

Great time with our family!

Enjoyed are stay very much. We watched the fire works show that was shot off from the top of Mammoth Mountain from our balcony. Wonderful view! This condo is furnished with everything you need. The communication beforehand with Erin was great.

Comfortable and Beautiful

We had a very pleasant stay at this townhome in Mammoth Lakes. It was spacious for all of our family. The children loved the bunkbeds. It was very well stocked, and the view was beautiful. Throughout our booking and stay, any and all questions and needs were immediately taken care of by the property managers. I would not hesitate to book this townhome again.

Fabulous Condo With Awesome Views of the Snowcreek Golf Course.

We loved this condo. Everything was updated and fresh. But most of all, we loved the views of the Snowcreek golf course and the deck and backyard. The hosts were so accommodating - very responsive to any and all requests. We will definitely come back.

Week in Mammoth

The property is well kept, spacious and was very comfortable for our six adults, one child and pets. The condo. sits on the edge of the golf course, with the main and dining rooms providing expansive views of the golf course and mountains. Kitchen was well appointed with everything that was needed for our meal preparations. The location was perfect for our family with hiking trails right out the door. We will certainly be returning to this spot.

A Great Retreat For Families and Friends

This is the third year we have rented this fabulous condo in Snowcreek. Every year our adult children come to visit with their friends and families which is the best. This year our younger daughter and her husband came with their 18 month old - it was a hoot. We love Snowcreek - great for long walks in the meadow adjacent to the development. We love all the amenities in the condo - so well stocked with everything you need. We love Mammoth - hiking, relaxing and enjoying the music from Mammoth Rocks at the Village.

Luxury Mammoth condo for the entire family

Clean, updated condo in the beautiful SnowCreek resort with plenty of room for one or multiple families to stay in comfort. We've stayed in many Mammoth Lake condos over the years and this is the best by far. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware and even plastic dishes/cups for the kids. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Lots of family entertainment including TV's in every room, shelves of books, board games, puzzles, a chess/checkers/backgammon table and a Foosball table. We will definitely be returning!

Annual Summer Family Reunion in Mammoth

Kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings are lovely and artwork shows off the natural scenery of the area. Plenty of room for 8 people to eat and play games. Double masters are a nice feature for two couples to enjoy privacy and space. Decks are clean and have ample seating. We used the barbeque a lot. Location on the golf course is perfect for stargazing at night. Sunset and sunrise views are spectacular. We've stayed in this unit for two consecutive summer trips and I hope we can stay again next year.

Family Gathering

We greatly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which was equipped for people who actually cook. The generous counter space was also a good thing. Would have appreciated central air conditioning, but understand that temperatures near 90F are not common. The sliding parts of the window hinges need lubrication as several windows could not be closed all the way and locked.

Unbelievably beautiful condo!

This property was incredibly beautiful and stocked with everything and anything we needed for our stay! Our family of 6 and our doggy were so happy with this condo and the location being right up against the closed golf course. It gave us plenty of open space to walk, play family outdoor games and just take in all the gorgeous scenery. And even though we had an issue with some construction being done to the unit next door, it was quickly rectified by the very responsive and attentive owner. All in all this was by far the most amazing condo we have ever had the pleasure of renting for our annual family summer trip to Mammoth! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

38th Family Reunion in Mammoth Lakes

Once again we had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen is so well stocked and we cooked every meal for our crew. They are even kind enough to have spices, cooking oil, foil, baggies etc available so you we didn't have to buy all of those essentials. The decor is charming and embraces the feel of the mountains. Linens are plush and warm and cozy. Plenty of pillows, throw blankets and cushions to make the living room very comfy. The views are spectacular. A foosball table was well used and the desk area was perfect for some of our group who needed to do a bit of work while there. TV's were large and offered many options for viewing as much of our group was watching MLB playoffs and college football when we came back from our hiking, fishing and viewing Fall colors. Autumn in Mammoth is a must see. We also come in the summer, but this is an undiscovered wonderland with the leaf color changes all up and down the Eastern Sierra and Mammoth is a great central location. Can't thank the owners enough for another wonderful trip and all the memoires. Be back next year.

Fall in Mammoth

this is our second stay in this Condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit in October. Erin and Scott are great hosts with easy check in and instructions available for operating technology in the unit. The Condo is clean, well stocked and roomy enough for our family of six adults, two children and pet. Great location with easy access to hiking and biking trails. We'll be sure to book again.

A Fabulous Condo!

This is our second summer staying at this lovely condo. Right on the golf course, the condo has everything you need for a perfect stay in Mammoth. We love the locaton in Snowcreek which is a five minute walk to the amazing meadow and open space that sits between Snowcreek and the mountain. As with last year, Erin is a reponsive and wonderful host.

Labor Day weekend getaway!

Great views of golf course and ski/bike slopes!! House was clean and organized for relaxing!! Love the up to date technology in each of the rooms. Would highly recommend this house.
