We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Amelia Island & a short 2 block walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Amelia Landings has a community pool, tennis courts & a private walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is one level with 5 steps up to the doorway. Queen bed in master (new mattress in 2021) and 2 twin beds in bedroom 2. Excellent golfing, fishing & shopping. Ten minutes from our Historic district, 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Great weather year round, however we do have a handful of frosty mornings during Jan/Feb. Average temperature 65 degrees during winter months.

Perfect Family Gathering

My wife and I were joined by her sister and brother-in-law for a 5 night stay at Amelia Landing. The first floor unit was perfect for our needs. We greatly enjoyed the wonderful screened porch. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a bathroom. The kitchen and living space met all our needs. Amelia Landings is a very quiet location yet a short walk of less than 10 minutes to the beach. Directly across the street is an access point to the Greenway walking trails. This is our second visit to Amelia Landing and we plan to return.

Great location!!

Very accommodating owner, very clean, screen porch on back of unit gives you the feeling you are in a rain forest, close to salt water pool, easy walk to the beach, well stocked with dishes for families who cook, even a crock pot (great for when you get back from the beach)!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. But, what really set this property apart from others was how well stocked it was for the guests. The owner was thoughtful and intentional about making sure that she considered and met the needs of the guests. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay!

My family stayed at this beautiful condo near Fernandina Beach. It was so accommodating including the two twin beds for my two boys (ages 11&10). They loved the room! Me and my partner enjoyed the relaxation of the screened porch and recliners. The condo included lots of board games and we had a "family" board game night with pizza! Location is amazing! Close to beach, restaurants, and swimming pool. The pool was clean and warm...so nice!! Definitely will come back next year and will recommend Mrs. Jackie to family and friends!

A great stay

The place was lot bigger than I expected, very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. The screened in patio was a joy to have coffee on in the morning, and just a five min walk to the beach. Anything you could possibly need was within 5 minutes of the location. The two bathrooms made it easy to get ready to go,the kitchen was just like home,the whole place was . Having a washer and dryer in-house was great,and a tv in the bedroom was the cherry on top.

Senior Citizen Getaway

This is the 2nd time staying at Amelia Landings. Beds were very comfortable and extra suppies like shampoo and conditioner were supplied. Condo was clean. The only suggestion I have is for management to provide a railing on the wood stairs. We stayed on the 1st floor but there were 5 wooden steps going up to the door. It was very hard to get our suitcases and stuff up and down the stairs. Our host (Jackie) was wonderful and was gracious enough to pick us up at the Shrimp Festival when our Lyft driver deserted us.

Family fun in Fernandina

Weekend outing

Water was a little funky but cleared up after running it for a day. Owner responsive. A bit of noise from upstairs footfalls but usually limited to early evening.

Quick visit

We came for a few days to visit with mom in her new assisted living home on Amelia Island - and also wanted to be able to spend some time at the beach. Great location. We would stay here again. Loved the free kerugh cups that are provided

Lovely clean condo in perfect location!

This condo was immaculate.....bright, clean, and well stocked. Everything you need from kitchen supplies and coffee bar to beach supplies. New furniture and appliances as well as rain shower heads in both bathrooms. Location is perfect and close to beach, restaurants and grocery. By far the best condo we have stayed in on Amelia Island. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic Beach Condo

We love Amelia Island and have discovered a lovely and welcoming place to stay. The condo has lots of natural light, decorated to feel at home and very clean. Jackie is only a call or text away, and before you leave, you already want to return. Jackie, thank you so much. We loved every minute here. 😀🏖️

Cozy 2BR Condo

Cozy condo 2 blocks from the beach. Ample parking. Pool was clean and monitored by staff. Condo was as advertised on VRBO. Host supplied beach towels and beach chairs (along with a wagon for hauling) for use at the beach. Host provided a coffee bar and you could enjoy your cup of coffee while relaxing on the screened in patio. Stackable washer and dryer is available in the unit.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

The accommodations is exactly as listed. The location was within walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, coffee bar stocked, beach buggy provided with 4 beach chairs, plenty of board games…. Clearly the host has thought of everything that a guest would need. The screened in patio was a great place to have breakfast in the morning and drinks at night. We had a great stay and would definitely want to rent this place again the next time we’re back in town. Jackie was a great host. She was very responsive and gave great suggestions.

Excellent property

Great location, building was quiet, and parking was easy. Close to grocery store and the beach. Cute condo - owners thought of everything to include (even coffee k-cups and sugar!). Master bed was on the firmer side with memory foam mattress. Screened porch was nice too. Would definitely stay again!

Amelia in June

We have stayed at Amelia Island multiple times and have tried different properties. The location of this property is convenient to everything. You can walk or drive to the beach from here. The grocery store and Walmart are just up the road. Sliders Restaurant is just up the street by the beach and Townies Pizza is a close drive or they deliver. Two choices for ice cream within walking distance. Easy to get to downtown where there are great shops and food. We liked the size of the unit for 4 people. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa. She has plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogie boards with a wagon to pull them in . Nice back porch and plenty of parking. We never made it to the pool or tennis court. Ice maker did not work but we froze water in a zioloc bag and used that for the cooler. I would recommend this rental.

We had a great time at this home. The house was easy to find, clean, and spacious. The location was walking distance from the beach and around food/grocery options. Everything was as listed and a great option for a family. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean, well stocked, and decorated nicely. The bed was also very comfortable. The back screened porch is a nice bonus. The complex was well maintained and quiet and included a pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Getting to the downtown was easy, and there are plenty of public beach accesses nearby. Also, for bike riders, the greenway trail is directly across the street and we rode it all the way to Fort Clinch Park. Lots of nature to be seen.

Great Place!

Jackie was a great host! This property is in a perfect location. Just off the beaten path enough to offer privacy, but still super convenient in proximity to the beaches and restaurants. Very clean with updated touches. Would definitely recommend and will for sure stay again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

My husband and I needed a place to stay in the Fernandina Beach area for about 5 days (we initially came down from Michigan to attend a memorial service, then decided to add some extra days just to relax). Our daughter and her husband ended up joining us for a few days. We all absolutely loved the condo! Everything we needed was provided. The screened in back porch was such a pleasant spot to retreat to. We were more than satisfied. A lovely place, and a great place to call home for a few days.

My husband & I have first found Amelia Island in 1990 when the Navy moved us to the area for his job at Kings Bay, GA. We loved the beach and water so we were drawn to Amelia Island immediately and knew we wanted to retire in this beautiful small beachside community. I (Jackie) am a Realtor and Mike has retired from the Navy and takes care of our rental properties and usually flips one home per year.

It was est. in 1824 and is a 6249 square mile area in the most northeast section of Florida. Gen. James Oglethrope of Great Britain gave Amelia Island her name in honor of Princess Amelia, the daughter of King George II. Amelia Island's claim to fame is that it has existed under eight flags over the course of her fascinating history. Annual Events include:, Shrimp Festival, Kingfish Fishing Tournament, Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival, Book Festival, Eight Flags Car Show & much much more.
