This comfortable house with a garden was designed for peaceful family vacations (or not ;) ), while still being close to everything!<br>In the heart of Poiroux, 12 minutes from the nearest beaches—such as Veillon Beach or Le Bouil—and 12 minutes from Port Bourgenay, 7 minutes from Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, and 20 minutes from Les Sables-d’Olonne, the house is centrally located near all the area’s attractions.<br><br>The house is bordered by a fruit garden that’s delightful in every season.
