Cap Cana Beachfront Penthouse, One of a Kind Marina & Ocean Front Location

This penthouse is a part of the newest and most luxurious resort in the Caribbean located on the eastern most point of the Dominican Republic. The breathtaking view of our turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea underlined by pure white sand beaches that stretch for miles and just steps away from your penthouse. Our particular unit also enjoys views of the world class marina that attracts yachts from around the world and Fishing tournaments. Our penthouse is isolated without neighbors and so it is extremely quiet and tranquil as it is a corner unit on the top floor. Perfect for relaxation!

Elegantly decorated in tropical pastels and very comfortable. The penthouse has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms a master suite with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. The 2nd bedroom has a king and a connecting door to the 3rd bedroom with 1 queen beds . Our condo has a capacity to sleep max 6. There is a loft to watch TV with 2 sofas. Our fully equipped kitchen could please any weekend chef. Our home has three smart TV's with a 42 inch flat screen television in our loft and speakers for you musical enjoyment. There is central air conditioning throughout the condo and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We enjoyed the spacious condo. The patio facing the water was great. The pool and beach were fairly quiet and no issue getting pool chairs. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and at the fishing lodge. We rented a golf cart and it gave us easy access across the property. We hired Claudia (the chef) for two nights. We enjoyed her dinners and she also does laundry, etc. she is very nice and responsive. She charges 70 plus cost of food (for us 100-120 extra for 5 people). Negatives - the dishwasher did not work as well as the TV in the family room (loft).

Amazing Property in CapCana!

Beautiful, roomy condo in exclusive CapCana, with easy beach access, pool, restaurants, well equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend this property, Nicole the administrator was always a message away to make sure we had no issues. Sadly weren’t able to use Claudia the cook, heard amazing things about her, will definitely be coming back in the future to this gorgeous place :)

Wonderful time in cap Cana

We had a wonderful time in cap Cana with 3 adults and 3 children. Claudia’s cooking was better than the 5 star restaurant that we went to one night. She was a wonderful addition to the property and we are grateful we got the opportunity to have her cook and clean for us. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the lack of crowds and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely be back. O

Amazing week

The penthouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for family of 6. Gorgeous view of Caribbean Sea from primary bedroom and balcony. Great spot for morning coffee, reading, playing cards, etc. Enjoyed movie night in loft space, large beautiful dining room table where we had Dominican lady Claudia cook us a traditional meal. Laundry room with sink for after beach day clean up. Beach area housed large cabanas and large walk in pool. Private beach club available next door for a nominal fee. Very safe and secure with require key cards for all entries and exits. Parking for rental car under apt. Aquamarina is an a la carte facility but magnificent location and very clean.

Lovely Cap Cana stay

Staying in this part of Cap Cana is extremely beautiful if you are looking to primarily lounge by the beach and pool. It's not close to too many restaurants but the place is very easy to get around either by golf cart or uber. The home itself is very private, has a lot of space and a beautiful porch to look out on the water and sunrise daily if you'd like to. We felt like the entire place was ours and enjoyed the beach seating and pool daily. The apartment is a bit dated in a couple of small ways (squeaky beds, low couches), but primarily if you are looking to cook a lot, as we did, the knives especially, and maybe pots, pans could be updated. Though it was very nice to have a new dishwasher and fridge. Nicole was an attentive and sweet host which we appreciated greatly.

Fabulous Long Weekend by the Beach!

Beautiful view of the beach, spacious for a family of 5 and walking distance to pools and a great restaurant on the water. We came for a wedding and this was a perfect place to hang and enjoy Cap Cana! Nicole was a very attentive host and gave great recommendations on local places. The marina was very quiet this time of year (Jan) but the weather perfect. We would love to come back!

Family Vacation

Our group had a great time at Cap Cana with the beautiful beach access and pool, along with other amenities. We recommend renting a golf cart if you go because the closest town is about a seven minute drive outside the resort. The only issue we found with the space was that there was no dish washer (new one was apparently being installed soon) and that the oven did not fully heat. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the space.

Perfect holiday home

The place was absolutely stunning and had everything you could wish for. The beach is just downstairs and if you're tired of the waves, you can dive into the pool instead. The area is very safe, but also offers variety of things to do. The owner is very helpful and has answers to all possible questions. Can't wait to go back!

Stunning view, Beautiful Private Beach & Pools!

We had an amazing stay at the Cap Cana Beachfront Penthouse in the Dominican Republic! The house was spotless, and the beach and pool were absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible personal chef Claudia. She prepared delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, taking care of our needs with such warmth and attentiveness that she became like family. Despite a language barrier, we communicated through Google Translate and shared so many heartfelt moments. We absolutely adored her, and she made our trip that much more special. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we highly recommend this beautiful penthouse and the amazing hospitality!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't want to leave the apartment to do excursions. It was tranquil and homey. The owner was so responsive and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The apartment looked even better than the photos. We hired the cook Ms. Claudia and she was attentive and caring. She fed myself and my family very well. Her traditional Dominican dishes were the best. She took care everyone! Every dime was worth it! Ms. Claudia was genuinely loving we didn't want her to leave when she finished cooking and cleaning. She was such a positive person to be around.

Wonderful Property & Lovely Owner

My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon at this property. It was absolutely like a second home, and the owner helped us navigate the best local dining options, a great masseuse, and even helped direct us to where we could obtain some unfortunately necessary medical care. It was quiet and peaceful and comfortable, everything that we wanted. The pools were great! The views were stunning. Also, I am so absolutely glad I took her advice and rented a car. We were able to go to the nearby blue mall and buy groceries at a lovely grocery store and get around to all areas of cap Cana easily. Would 1000% stay again!

Great Vacation at Aquamarina, Cap Cana Marina

Overall a wonderful vacation - Two parents over 65 and two adult children. Nicole was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was in order. We rented a car (recommended), stopped at the National Supermarket by airport and bought breakfast food and snacks. Easy 15 min drive to apt. It helps to check google maps before you arrive to get oriented. Penthouse was beautiful. It seemed as if we had the whole place to ourselves. (Pool and beach were empty). Pool guy brings out the umbrellas and cushions. (I gave him a small tip each day). Plenty of beach towels in the unit. We usually ate lunch at Maralias on the beach or got a pizza/sandwiches at Sopranos - all within walking distance. Valentinos at the beach had great gelato selection. Did a half day snorkeling tour with lunch included - a lot of fun. Another day rented a golf cart and went exploring. Claudia, the housekeeper/cook was amazing. We used her exceptional cooking skills twice to prepare dinner for us - chicken dish one day and salmon the other. Along with wonderful side dishes - all prepared in a healthy Dominican style. Claudia also brought beautiful flowers each day which was a nice touch. Highly recommend using her. (Google translate required if you don't speak spanish) . Had dinner reservations at Barbudo, LaYola, and Bohemian Wine and Tapas restaurants. All worth trying. Don't forget to have your morning coffee on the marina side of the penthouse. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Private paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s oceanfront condo. The condo was super spacious and the community was so quiet and peaceful. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio Morning and night, and stayed on the beach all day. There was a restaurant and bar and walking distance of the condo as well as a huge, beautiful private pool. We had the pleasure of meeting some of our neighbors at the pool and they were so kind and delightful, even befriended my little 3 1/2 year-old. This was our first day in Cana and I really appreciated the safety and security of staying in the gated community. I felt completely safe, taking my son for a walk in the mornings by myself around the marina and really anywhere. We ended up renting a car to take my parents to church and Higuey and also made a few trips to Bávaro (where we normally stay) To see friends. It was nice having a car to get out a few times and see some action, but nothing can beat The privacy and security of staying in Cap Cana! You can rent a golf cart to drive around, but it’s also only four dollars for a cab to get anywhere in cap Cana. Nicole’s place is in a perfect spot because you can walk to the beach restaurant and all of the other restaurants that we knew of would require a golf cart or a car to get to And are more inland. Nicole was super responsive to anything we needed, but there wasn’t much we needed because her place was in perfect condition and had everything we needed for our stay!

Great condo and location!

The condo is very spacious and the Cap Cana area is quite lovely. The grounds are very well manicured and the local staff is friendly. There are a few restaurants close by/walkable and a short taxi ride to other options. The area feels very safe. Nicole's communication was quick and helpful. Claudia's meals were great after long days in the sun and she kept the condo tidy and clean. She is so sweet!

Amazing stay- Birthday celebration

Our visit to Cap Cana was amazing. The rental property was just as advertised and Nicole was an awesome host. Nicole provided detailed instructions that made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend having Claudia the chef prepare meals while staying at Cap Cana. She is so sweet and accommodating and prepared 2 authentic meals for our group. The food was delicious! Claudia was our honorary auntie by the end of the trip. The concierges Eligio and Darwin were so helpful and charming. They helped us request taxi services and were able to help us book an ATV excursion. They even allowed me to practice my Spanish with them as did Claudia the chef. The rental property is beautiful. I woke up every day to amazing beach views and watched the sunset and sunrise from my bedroom and the relaxing balcony. The property is accessible to the beach and is relaxing for a quiet get away. We ate at the restaurant on site and Elvis the bartender was wonderful. I will say if you are unable to create your own nightlife, the property is about 20-30 minutes away from clubs and bars, but it is nice to travel through Punta Cana and see the community on your way to the action. We had such a great time and I would surely return to this rental property in the future. Thank you Nicole for everything!
