Renovated house in the center of Ploubalay, 5 minutes from the beaches

This fully renovated 140 m² holiday home, equipped and very functional, is located in the heart of Ploubalay (Beaussais-sur-Mer). Tastefully decorated, it is the perfect place for family or friends' stays.

You are close to the beaches (5 minutes by car) and all amenities (just a few steps away), while enjoying a fenced garden of 500 m² and a quiet neighborhood.

*Please note that bed linens are not provided for stays of less than a week. They can be provided for an additional fee upon request.


The accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor:

- Bright living room with a lounge area, wood stove (wood not provided, available for purchase at the garden center next to the house).
- Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator, dishes, etc.).
- TV corner for relaxation.
- Master suite with a double bed (160x200cm), dressing room, and adjoining shower room.
- Separate toilet.

First Floor:

- Master suite with a double bed (160x200cm) and private bathroom, including a washing machine.
- Bedroom with twin beds (2x 80x190cm or combined into 160x190cm).
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 90x190cm).
- Open bedroom (closed by a thick curtain) with 1 single bed (90x190cm).
- Shower room.
- Separate toilet.
- Large landing with a desk.

Outdoor:

- Fenced garden of 500 m² with terrace, outdoor dining table, and parasol.
- Small sheltered area available for the barbecue and bicycle storage (the large outdoor shed is not accessible).
- Outdoor shower for returning from the beaches.

Location:

- All shops are within a 5-minute walk from the house (bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, hairdresser, post office...).
- Just 3.5 km from the beaches of Lancieux (5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike via a cycle path).
- 10 minutes from Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire, and 20 minutes from Dinard and Saint-Malo.

The entire house is accessible to guests, except for the outdoor shed.

IMPORTANT:

- Bed linens (sheets and towels) are not provided for stays of less than a week. However, if desired, they can be provided for an additional fee of €10 per person (€20 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed). Please let us know the number of sheets and towels you would like and for which type of bed when making your reservation.

- Heating is electric. The meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure. Please ensure reasonable electricity consumption.

- It is strictly prohibited to charge an electric vehicle using an outlet in the house. The nearest electric vehicle charging station is located just a two-minute walk from the house at the following address: 6 Rue des Ormelets, 22650, Beaussais-sur-Mer.
