We welcome you to our village home, a private condominium with no direct neighbors, fully air-conditioned, and featuring a 6-meter-by-5-meter private pool that is child-safe and heated. With 140 m² of living space, the house is ideal for gatherings with family or friends in a quiet village close to beautiful beaches and trails for hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking.Located in Nessa (20225), you’ll be just 15 km from Île Rousse, with its beaches and water sports, market, local shops and artisans, as well as its large retail stores. Nearby, you’ll discover the Codole Dam, the 9-hole Réginu Golf Course, and other beautiful villages such as Sant’Antonino, Pigna, Corbara, and more… <br>In the village and neighboring villages, you’ll enjoy small restaurants, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a café, a wine cellar, and shops selling local products such as olive oil and honey…<br>You’ll be 28 km from the stunning beaches of Calvi and its citadel. You can also head to Calenzana—the starting point of the famous GR20 trail—to hike one or more stages, or visit the Tartagine Forest and its river.<br>Ideally located, you can also visit Saleccia Park and its botanical garden, Lozari Beach just outside Île Rousse, Saleccia Beach, Saint-Florent, or the Patrimonio area with its renowned wineries.<br><br>The house consists of a living area with an open-concept living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds (140/200 cm; two small beds or a travel crib can be added upon request), a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a large bathroom with a double sink, shower, and bathtub.<br>You’ll also find a laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron, as well as a freezer and an additional refrigerator.<br>You can play cards or board games—which are provided—in a sunroom near the main terrace.<br>Outside, you can enjoy two terraces with a dining table, outdoor seating, and a plancha grill. There’s also a 6m x 5m heated pool with a lounge area and a small garden.<br>Parking is no problem, with three private outdoor parking spaces adjacent to the house, as well as a space in a garage for one car or several motorcycles. A Green-Up electric vehicle charging station is also available in the parking area (electricity consumption is an additional charge).
