We spent little time in the apt but what we did spend was fine. We liked the nature out the back door and loved seeing deer walk across the green spaces. We did not use the clubhouse amenities but they were open for us to use. The primary bed was very firm.My issue is with host and communication. 3 days into our 5 night stay they cut the reservation short by one night. However, I noted the error on the dates when we checked in and corrected it with the desk, so I knew the apt was available for the last night because they were able to extend/change the reservation right at check-in after showing proof of dates. I am not sure why it was "available" at the check-in desk but I was messaged 3 days later and told it was not available. The original reservation that was approved included the last night and I was asked multiple times via text and app to "confirm" the dates which I repeated multiple times including the final night of our stay and it was never corrected a single time-- not once did the host state something to the affect that our final night was up in the air despite me clearly outlining dates. The night we added later was on the start of our reservation. I await my credit for the final night of our stay which was promised when we had to leave early. I don't understand how you can run a business where you mid-trip just delete the last night of a family trip that was previously confirmed. Please ensure your dates are confirmed with specific read back of the dates.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was easy access to both the Grand Canyon and to Sedona, which were the two places that we visited. The property was clean and the clubhouse had nice amenities. The front desk was very helpful when we checked in and the concierge service gave us a lot of good information. We would recommend this place.

Walls were thin so neighbors sometimes loud. Kitchen could’ve been better stocked. On the plus side, excellent response when we asked about WiFi issue. Neighborhood is beautiful.

The stay was overall positive - although it is an older property it is in decent shape and has everything you need for your stay. A lot of amenities on the property, though you may need to drive to them since things are spread out and there aren't any sidewalks or shoulders on the roads to make it walking friendly. Our biggest disappointment is that we were offered an attractive rate to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. I stated we were only interested if it were on a single level. They stated that was available. However, our unit was on 3 levels. My wife is an above knee amputee, and needs to remove her prosthesis throughout the day because it is hot and uncomfortable. Doing so left her on crutches and stranded on whatever level she took her prothesis off on, and the "main" level didn't have a bathroom. So be aware that any promises of unit layout may not be honored by the resort. We certainly regret paying more to in effect get less, at least with our circumstances. The overall location of the resort is fantastic for being away from it all yet extremely close to town and many great restaurants. Easy access to all of the highways to visit whatever attractions you would like. At 10 minutes away, Walnut Canyon is a must see.

Nice Getaway in Flagstaff

The property location was fine except the back patio faced the driveway and the front of the house across the street-there was not a lot of privacy. Perhaps the addition of table and chairs at the front door of this property would be really nice.The inside was superb and clean-had a problem with the toilet and TV and the maintenance person who came took care of it all and was very patient with the TV.We enjoyed biking and hiking while we were there!

After we moved to the one level unit it was great! Lots to do and great ice cream place. Loved the oakmont restaurant. Also enjoyed Black Barts steakhouse. Unique.

Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Saw deer ever day. The pool was really nice. Staff were helpful when there was a issue with the room mit being ready. They fixed the issue immediately.

Host cancelled reservation one day before stay

The host cancelled my reservation one day in advance of my daughter’s graduation in Flagstaff. I booked the property five months ago, and had confirmation that everything was good to go two days after. Three hours later on the phone with VRBO I was able to book another property. It was so stressful and disappointing. I would not book this property under any circumstances.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience with the condo. Clean, quiet, tucked away, yet convenient next to shopping, restaurants, gas station, and easy access to major highways. An additional plus is that it comes with a full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Cant beat this for reasons stated above, and certainly not considering the affordable price. Klemen

Upon arrival found owner had cancelled without notice

After driving 4hrs, arrived at property management office ready for our 3 day stay at the Wyndham Country Club to celebrate wedding anniversary. Front office had no record of our reservation (we already paid for), so we called the emergency number on our rental confirmation. Agent told us that owner had cancelled rental with property office but not told VRBO. Agent offered another rental in a small town 1hr drive away or refund. We took refund and scrambled to find a room for the night before driving home next day.We have subsequently been able to get a refund from VRBO but we wasted money on a hotel room, and our planned anniversary trip was spent driving in the car to and from the location. Very disappointed :( If we could give zero stars we would!

Relaxing retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Every afternoon we sat on the deck and watched the deer right in the wooded back yard.

Flagstaff stay

The checkin process was easy and the owners were easy to communicate with when needed. They did not have a top unit ready when we got there and they did ask us if we were ok with a bottom unit. We said yes but, for future stayers I would recommend waiting for a top unit. The people above us were loud and you could hear that in the lower unit. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
