We propose to you to the rent, in Formiguères, this charming house of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room (with fireplace, wood provided in supplement), equipped kitchen, three beautiful rooms, a shower-room and you will be able to benefit from a garden of approximately 15 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first level:
- A living room with TV, a sofa bed, fireplace (wood not provided, perhaps asked in supplement)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A separate toilet

On the 2nd level :
- Bedroom 1 : A double bed (140×190)
- Room 2 : A double bed (140×190)
- Room 3 : 2 single beds
- A shower room with WC

For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A closed garden
- A 15m² terrace on the 1st level, facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Hiking on the Capcir plateau and the surrounding lakes such as Les Lacs des Camporells located at the foot of the Massif du Carlit and many others.
- Skiing, the village is a ski resort at 10mn by car or free shuttle with stop at 50m from the house
- MOUNTAIN BIKING

Transport :

- You can park directly in the garage and private parking of the house
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (renting and payment to be made with our partner on the spot).

Other remarks :

- The fireplace is functional, the wood can be provided in supplement
- Animals are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15 euros/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify this when booking.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care (or in supplement with our provider on the spot).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
