Your vacation hideaway awaits in Destin! Henderson Hideaway is a three-level vacation home located in beautiful Crystal Beach, a quiet vacation neighborhood only a few minutes from downtown Destin. This elegant, yet laid-back residence features all the luxuries you need to make the most of a beach vacation. It includes lush tropical landscaping, a private pool, and three levels of shaded balconies for basking in coastal breezes and catching magnificent views. Inside, there are seven bedrooms, five and a half baths, and spacious living accommodations spread out across the three floors. The home can accommodate 17 guests, making it an ideal rental for family reunions, wedding parties, or other large vacation groups.

The first floor encompasses three guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to a Jack n Jill bathroom, which it shares with another guest bedroom. A second guest bedroom has two twin beds, one of which includes a twin trundle, and sliding glass doors that open onto the covered patio. The third guest bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and twin trundle underneath. Outdoors, the private pool area is ideal for hanging out with your fellow beachgoers. A covered porch has a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with seating. The sunny pool patio includes lounge chairs for enjoying your tropical surroundings.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, which is dedicated to an open great room and additional sleeping quarters. Cream-colored tile floors, large windows and glass doors, and beach accents create a relaxed atmosphere—exactly what you need on an Emerald Coast getaway. A tan colored sectional is flanked by a dove grey armchair and large wall-mounted flatscreen TV highlighting fun beach-inspired décor. This comfortable seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a decorative mantel. On the other side of the living room, a casual dining room includes a rectangular table with seating for six. The state-of-the-art kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. It has stainless-steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, mottled granite countertops, and an angled bar with four raised chairs. The entire great room is framed by a panel of glass doors that open onto the second-level balcony. Outdoor furniture creates a cozy place to sip your favorite beach drink, chat with your fellow vacationers, and enjoy views of the glistening Gulf. In addition to the great room and balcony, the second floor also has a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, glass doors that lead to its own romantic veranda, and a full en suite bath. A convenient powder room is also located in the hallway.

The remaining guest quarters and a bonus loft are located on the third floor, which is accessed by an open staircase. The loft has a convenient wet bar and game table with seating. Two of the bedrooms on this level are master suites. Each master bedroom has a king-size bed, small seating area, access to a furnished balcony, and an en-suite bath with a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, and separate showers. One master suite connects to a kid’s bedroom that has a set of twin bunks and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

In addition to its onsite amenities, this home also grants guests access to other vacation luxuries. This includes convenient access to the crystalline shores of Henderson Beach State Park that are only a short stroll away.
