First floor condo located in the prestigious Castel Del Mare is known as the gateway to Siesta Key as a result of it's ideal location, just South of the drawbridge! You have the best of both worlds with the bay and the beach- both walking/bike distance! Our condo is well appointed with everything you need for a stress free stay! It is a generous sized 1 bedroom with a cozy sunroom. The bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed. The Livingroom features a queen size sleeper sofa! Our condo comes with four beach cruiser bikes and locks, as well as backpack chairs to get you on your way to the beach! We have recently added a wagon that can be attached to the bike to load all beach necessities! Public beach access for Crescent Beach is just over the bridge! Castel Del Mare has a plethora of amenities: bayside pool, a garden pool, tennis courts, bayside fishing pier, boardwalk along the bay, shuffleboard, kayaking launch and storage, BBQ areas, clubhouse and an on-site management office.

**Castel Del Mare does require 30 day minimum stays. They require an application be filled out by the tenant(s) and submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of your stay. There is a $100 application fee made payable directly to "Castel Del Mare" for every applicant.** We do require a 60 day minimum for peak season-Janurary, February, March.
