ALL INCLUSIVE! Come and enjoy this warm chalet-style cottage located in the middle of an isolated tourist village. On the Cézallier plateau in the heart of Auvergne, you will appreciate the many hikes that will be available to you, in particular the one in the village which leads to a chapel and lets you discover the view of the Sancy. Disconnection guaranteed! To discover: the village of Besse and the ski resort of Super-Besse, the Auvergne animal park in Ardes, the castle of Murol, the town of Issoire, the village of Montpeyroux classified among the most beautiful villages in France, Mont-Dore, the thermal baths of La Bourboule... This house has been completely renovated in a chalet style on 3 levels. On the ground floor is the living room and its fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen (with a pretty cellar under the stairs). On the first floor, two bedrooms are available to you (one with a 160 bed and one with a 140 bed) as well as a shower room/WC. Then, on the top floor is a bedroom under the roof with 2 bunk beds (4x90) (the top bunks are prohibited for children under 6 years old) as well as the adjoining shower room with WC. Outside, you will enjoy the quiet terrace. Private parking is at your disposal as well as a bowling green for summer evenings with family or friends. For your comfort, heating, sheets, cleaning and towels are included. Shops and services in Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise 20km away or in Ardes-sur-Couze 18 km away. ALL INCLUSIVE!
