It measures 63m² and is very bright (east/west facing). In the summer, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony while sipping cocktails!<br><br>The dining room is spacious and opens onto the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
