Designed with couples and solo travelers in mind, this peaceful hideaway offers modern comfort in a private, wooded setting on River Ridge Retreat’s 670-acre property. If traveling with more than two, there is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Enjoy direct access to miles of scenic hiking and biking trails, a peaceful fishing pier, playgrounds, and our gathering center, or rent a golf cart and explore the beauty of the property with ease. For off-site adventures, we’re just minutes away from horseback riding, ziplining, concert venues, and boat, kayak, or canoe rentals—giving you the best of both rest and recreation. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed Open Living Area with a pull-out couch (please bring linens if sofa is used for sleeping) Cabin Features: Full-Size Kitchen with major appliances, basic cookware, dishware for two, and a 4-cup drip coffee maker (please bring your own coffee and filters) Full Bathroom with a roomy two-seat shower Satellite TV in both the living room and master bedroom Heating & Air Conditioning for comfort in any season Covered Porch – the perfect spot for morning coffee, a quiet read, or an evening glass of wine Private Fire Ring & Charcoal Grill – enjoy cookouts or stargazing under the Alabama sky (Optional s’mores kits can be delivered to your cabin before arrival!)
