The hot tub could have been hotter. It got chilly in the evenings and it would have been perfect. The room was absolutely perfect, everything you need. The staff on the grounds were amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Its in a great location. Tiki josh that does the chair service is fantastic. You definitely wont regret booking here!

Great Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family! The kids loved the pool and the beach chairs were an added bonus! Lots of dining options within walking distance!

Excellent Stay/Location for Wedding

Had a great time at Oceanfront location. Krystal was an excellent host. Best parts were the view, huge balcony to hang out on, heated pool and the beach being 30 steps away. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Place was great

Everthing was very nice and clean. Location was great we were able to walk to alot of things. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo with spectacular ocean view.

We enjoyed our stay . The condo is spacious with lots of amenities, oversized balcony with spectacular view, very clean and great neighborhood.

I celebrated my 59th birthday on the beach with two of my children and 3 grands.

This property was awesome the condo was clean and convenient to shopping and eating. The view was everything. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing!

January & February at the beach and it was perfect. Amazing views and great location. Hosts were great to work with. Already looking forward to visiting PCB again!

Great Family Vacation

Great views from the balcony to watch the beach and sunsets. Kitchen and living areas set up Nice and with comfy furniture. Walking distance to restaurants and fun places for kids and family. Property Owners were very accommodating. A Great family vacation.

Beach vacation

This was one of the BEST vacations, The Condo was just how it was advertised. This is the first time I have been to Florida on Vacation and did not have any issues checking on or during the stay.

Perfect Spring Break Respite for Teachers

This is a gorgeous beach theme condo that provides room to relax inside and out. It is close to the elevator and beach and pool and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Krystal and her staff have created a gem of a place for a vacation for friends and family alike. I would definitely return and suggest it for others.

Family Beach Vacation

First time staying at the Ocean Reef. Everything was pretty much what the listing said. We just wished we could of stayed longer. The Fourth of July fireworks were awesome and had a great view.

This condo was great!!! Perfect for two moms and two teenage girls for Spring Break!!! Loved being able to do an early check in, super convenient. The elevators were wonky and went out a couple times-but at least one always worked and that wasn’t the fault of the owner. I would like to suggest extra blankets/throw blankets would be a great addition. I looked but just found the stuff for the sofa bed that said do not use so I didn’t lol. Also, the wagon to get our stuff was nice-found it After we were in the room lol but carts for check in/check out would be nice to have-just a suggestion. Would def stay again. Beach service guy was great and loved the location.

It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the early check-in, beach service, and location, those are some of our favorite parts too! We appreciate your understanding regarding the elevators. They are being fully upgraded, and thankfully the resort is not typically high-traffic, which helps minimize delays. Thank you as well for your helpful suggestions! We did have an extra blanket and pillow available, and I’ve now removed the “do not use” note to make that clearer for future guests. We also appreciate your feedback regarding carts..we will certainly pass that along. We’re so happy you’d stay with us again and would love to host you in the future! Labor Day Weekend

We were very happy with our room, and with the property overall. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen could be a little better stocked. We were very happy that the room included two chairs on the beach. The view in the evenings was stunning. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. There are cooking pans under the stove. Please be aware that all of our units are fully stocked every year and unfortunately items tend to disappear throughout the year, leaving us to restock during "off season". We aim to keep our guests happy and well prepared. Please feel free to always communicate with me if anything is ever needed and I can have it brought to your condo or advise where an item may be in the unit! Thanks again!

Family Vacation 2023

Krystal and her husband were great to communicate with. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Balcony was one of the largest balcony's i've had in panama city, well furnished. Just an absolute to joy to stay in. Will definitely be using Krystal again!!!

Ocean reef, was very nice, but between host and cleaning service, they took more money from our account, said we broke contract by bringing pets in, but this is so false, we do have pets, but where in boarding, the cleaner found a few dog hairs that came from our items we brought with us, hairs in tub from a bread, explained to them still had a extra charge. There was no extra cleaning, we had a fire alarm that sounded for 2 nights and a stopped up dryer vent, those 2 could have ended badly, I would stay at ocean reef again but not from this host or vrbo

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed Ocean Reef; however, we would like to clarify several statements made in your review. Regarding the additional cleaning charge, our housekeeping company documents each cleaning with time and date-stamped photographs before and after every turnover. This is their standard procedure and is used to document the condition of the unit. Following your departure, the cleaner reported and documented evidence that resulted in additional cleaning charges being assessed to us, which were then passed along accordingly. Regarding the smoke alarm, we were first notified after your second night of stay that it was intermittently beeping. Upon receiving that information, we immediately arranged for someone to come replace the batteries. During our communication, you indicated that you preferred to replace the batteries yourself. Regardless, we addressed the issue as soon as it was reported to us. As for the dryer vent concern, Ocean Reef and individual owners are required to comply with annual fire safety inspections and maintenance requirements. Our dryer vent cleaning and inspection were completed on October 24, 2025, in accordance with those requirements. Regular vent maintenance is an important safety measure, particularly in large condominium buildings, and all required inspections were current at the time of your stay.
