If you are looking for a long stay, this is one of your best options. The facilities and amenities include a spacious kitchen with freezer and fridge for food/meat/drinks storage. Also, we have added a washing machine.
Families with kids enjoy our place most because of the ample play space for the kids. There is a fairly large outside space that hosts a garden, a large family-size swimming pool and a thatch-roofed patio where the family can sit, eat, play, relax and/or watch the pool and garden.
The location is away from the noise of the city center, yet close enough for daily shuttle - approximately over 90% of residents here work at the city center. This gives you quietness and serenity when home.
We are located in one of the most secure areas of Maputo, home to senior government officials, military and para-military personnel, corporate executives and entrepreneurs.
Loud music is permitted since you own the whole space. But kindly keep it low after 8pm.
The bathroom is outdoor and there is perfect security and privacy as the neighborhood is a very safe one and your space is gated.

The space is a fun for kids to run around, play football, swim, throw balls, etc.....all in the privacy of the family without sharing with other guests.
