The apartment is located in a secure residence and has its own private parking space.

7 minutes from the sea on foot (cove)
A 5min walk from shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser and best urban spa) as well as public transportation.

The accommodation
The apartment consists of an entrance with plenty of storage space, giving access to the bathroom with toilet, as well as to the rest of the apartment.

You will find a functional kitchen, equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, kettle and toaster.

You can have lunch on a table in the main room or on the balcony with its pleasant view (I'll let you see it on the photos).

The main room is equipped with a TV with its corner cabinet, reversible air conditioning, a sofa, stools, a coffee table and a retractable table.

On the balcony, you will have two deckchairs that you can easily fold on the side if you want to sit on the outdoor table.

The bedroom is located upstairs (13 steps) and is composed of a 140x190 bed, two bedside tables and two chests of drawers.

Other notes:
The accommodations are completely non-smoking, even on the balcony and is pet-free.
Towels and bed linen are available upon reservation at the respective rates of €7.50 and €12.50 per person to be paid in cash on arrival, service offered from 5 nights booked.
