Our private guest suite is an entire lower level of this unique 6000 ft² custom build hanger home located on North Tampa Aero park. It's great for a staycation, work from the home or family getaway into the heart of Florida with 40 min drive to the best world known beaches, 20 min to Tampa stadium, 1hr to Disney parks, 15 min to Bush Gardens and literally minutes away from the best newest Shopping Outlets, Malls, Movie Theater, Dining and Entertainment.

Our suite has it's own entrance for privacy and minimum interaction with other guests of the house. You will enjoy a huge living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a fully equipped small kitchen. You're welcome to be a part of the Aviation community and visit our Mini Aeropark, grab a breakfast at the "Happy Hanger Cafe " right on the airport, and watch private planes taking off and landing right in the back yard. Spring with family

We stayed the following weekend over Easter & I have sent in that review. My comments are the same for this stay. Will return when in the area! Ricardo was wonderful to work with, easy to contact & quick response.

Near family

The property was very easy to locate! Ricardo was most accommodating answered questions very timely. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the TV although Ricardo did try to solve the problem we were never able to use it. Ricardo controls the temperature and we had to finally have him turn off the AC as it was freezing in the unit. Area between the 2 bedrooms could use a lamp for more light and a grab bar in the shower would be nice. The location was very convenient to our daughter who lives in Stagecoach in Land-O-Lakes. We enjoyed watching planes take off & land & even breakfast at the “Hangar” restaurant just down the road. Will be back whenever we get back to visit our daughter. A highlight was to have Ricardo recognize us and say “hello” at church Easter Sunday morning.

Peaceful

The host, Ricardo, made our stay very comfortable. The location is by a private airport with a wonderful cafe down the road. It was very quiet and a perfect location for what we had planned during our stay. Ricardo is both inspirational and committed in all aspects to making guests feel welcomed.

great host, clean but not quiet stay

We were notified of host having a new years party day of arrival, not prior to booking or we would have made other arrangements especially with having pets along with us.. "Apartment" is clean, host was very nice,showed us the property and invited us to his party. Being a downstairs residence you can hear everything above you and around you. We stayed 5 nights, the night of his party we came back "home" around 9pm but had to leave after about 30 minutes due to the noise above us and in the garage next to us and went to sit in a parking lot for 3 hours hoping the party would quite down by 1am to no such luck upon our return. He did send a text and apologize for the noise. It was New Years, understand that... but a heads up of the party would have been appreciated. The host was a very nice man, clean place, maybe we just were there at the wrong time.

Ricardo is a great host

Ricardo is an excellent host. His house is spotless and is conveniently located near Wesley Chapel, Lutz and Land O' Lakes. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a quiet place to enjoy central Florida.

Hurricane Ian

We were unable to stay due to Hurricane Ian. When the storm shifted, we were safer to stay in place than to travel to the VRBO. As others had been turned down after we booked, we were not eligible for any refund, including fees. We were offered 50% off a future stay but feel some discount on actual stay would have been more appropriate given the circumstances. Overall, we feel fortunate that our area was spared from Hurricane Ian as the loss would have been much greater than what we lost in this rental.

All we needed

We just needed a place to lay our heads at night while we were vacationing and this was perfect. The homeowner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer some questions I had before booking. The location was convenient and quiet.

Very different experience, great place!

This place is very clean and well kept. The check in process was super easy and the host was in communication whenever needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the space in general felt clean and nice to spend time in. There are LOTS and I mean LOTS of places to get some food, supplies or gas nearby, less than 5 minutes away. The area is growing nearby and there was a lot of choices, including shopping. Its a 30 minute of less ride from all of the Tampa attractions. The coolest part of the whole experience was getting to watch planes land and take off right out the back, while just swinging on a hammock. Kids loved riding to airport and looking at other planes as well. Awesome place, would recommend!

Lucky Lutz Stay

My family and I needed a place to stay while we were visiting family based in Land O' Lakes, and this place ticked all the boxes: clean, comfortable, easily accessible, and affordable! We loved staying here. There was a real coffee maker (not a Keurig)! Beds were very comfortable and Ricardo was a very gracious host! We were even able to see some air traffic which was really fun! Happy Hanger Cafe was a great place for breakfast and we dined there twice during our stay because it was just down the block from the Vrbo. Highly recommend for families or couples that would like a little extra space! Way better than a hotel.

great place close to many attractions

Easy fly in/out access

Ricardo was a wonderful host! The suite was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was the easy access to taxiing right up/from the house. My husband has always wanted to live in an aeropark, and this gave him a great first introduction! All around a great place to stay!

Very convenient location.

Comfortable and quiet area yet convenient to highway, restaurants. Ricardo was very easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable. Happy with the stay and would stay again.

This centrally-located 5-bedroom hangar mansion is a perfect Tampa overnight spot for aviation enthusiasts. A portion of Aero Pine Estate revenue funds the Infinity Aero Club aviation S.T.E.M scholarship programs for at-risk and under-served youth. Aero Pine Estate is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

What a magical place to tie a knot, have a birthday, graduation, family reunion, fly-off into the sunset or any other special occasion.

Lovebirds are welcome to arrive to your wedding in our small private plane, or fly into the sky right after your ceremony (at a nominal fee), or just take unforgettable pictures by our Vintage 1921 Pietenpol Air Camper and 1961 Cessna Aircraft (charge free).

We offer comprehensive variety of accommodations for parties with different needs, preferences and budgets. Handicap accessible. Venue Grounds hours: 11am-11pm (event hours depends on package purchased).
