SUNSETS & SURF PANAMA CITY BEACH: Regency Towers 909 PCB Free Bch Chair Rentals

Regency Towers is currently under going improvements till mid March. There is jackhammering during the day. The heated pool, hot tub and beach are still open and beautiful. Nighttime is quite. Hence, the much reduced rate. This gulf front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has newly renovated bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8 people. It is located in the center of the building on the 9th floor overlooking the gulf, pool and snack bar. TWO beach chair rental setups are included. That means you get 4 lounge chairs with cushions and two umbrella set ups for you everyday by the Beach Service Guys. WOW! This is an immense savings and is no extra cost. to you. This is from March 1st till October 31st., 8am to 5pm. I have boat storage across the street and there are two boat ramps located on Grand Lagoon directly across the street from the condo. Ask for price after you book. The kitchen is nicely stocked for entertaining. The living room has a 50" roku tv and each bedroom has a 40" roku tv. The sofa sleeper is queen size. There is a king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the second bedroom. There is a snack bar on the pool deck and is very good. I own a one bedroom condo with very good reviews. The vrbo # for that is 211762 if you would like to read them. I would like to assure everyone that the comforters are washed after each guest and this is an extremely clean condo. This condo is located on Thomas Dr. in Panama City Beach. It is the quieter end of the beach with great views, beautiful white sand and near St. Andrews State Park. There are two huge pools, one is always heated and a kiddie pool. There are grills, for grilling outdoors. You can rent jet skis and banana boat right on the premises. There is a paddle board and kayak rental across the street.I own Beach Therapeutic Massage across the street for massages and facials. This is an older condo, but very well kept up by the staff and has great old Florida charm. I guarantee you will enjoy your stay!

Very nice updated, serene condo.

Enjoyed our stay and the condo.. the music and pool noise can be a bit much at times, but overall, would stay there again. Host was a great communicator and very accommodating. Decor was tasteful and well done! Good amenities too!

Love this Condo

This is the third year we have stayed at this Condo. We love this condo and love staying at Regency Towers. The tiki bar serves food and drinks. It is convenient, good food and has great service. The pools are great as well. Jill is a great owner and she always treats us like family.

Regency Towers has it all!!

Beautiful rooms that have all you need. Gorgeous beaches and pools! Hot tub and gym. Bar and grill makes it convenient, you literally have everything all in one place. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love RT!!!

Great Stay!

Unit was adorable! Super clean and great view! We had a small issue with the door code when we arrived but within minutes our host had someone meet us and let us in. Super friendly and instantly resolved the issue. Would stay again for sure! Loved it!

Wonderful Week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Regency Towers! This condo was very welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the comfy furniture watching the action below on the beach and in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Oversized towels in the bathroom were an unexpected treat. We loved having access to 4 chairs on the beach-an added bonus! On top of all the above, the condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. We liked the Regency Towers facility slot! With 2 pools and lots of chairs, there was room for everyone. The snack bar has great food at very reasonable prices.

Fabulous Condo

This is our second stay at this condo and we love it!! Condo is clean, well stocked and the beds are very comfortable! The property owner Jill is fantastic to work with. The condo complex has a Tiki Bar that is a huge plus for our family. We vacation with other family and friends who stay at the Regency Towers Condos and we all love staying at Regency Towers.

Beautiful condo with oceanfront balcony!! I’ll rent again!!!!

Everything went smooth in registration process except final payment mixup. Owner said vrbo was auto payment .. I was not to pay but kept getting to pay notices. I sent email again and was told not to pay. Got overdue so I called again and was told owner was a platform agent so I had to pay. Owner did not know she was a platform agent. She did not know what this was.

It's a nice place. Great location.

From the front the place reminded us of housing projects. But other than that it's an awesome place. Grounds are clean, pools are big and one is heated, BBQ pits on the eastside and westside of the building. the poolside bar/grill is reasonably priced and good for what it is. $1.09 for a Natty Light. You can also buy 12 packs and ice for a good price their. We had one day of frustration with elevator wait times(Friday). We stayed in room 909, 2Bed 2bath, and have no complaints at all about the room. We stayed Saturday to Saturday for $2100ish in August, at that price point the place is perfect. Of course you can spend more and get more. It was our first time at Regency Towers and we would definitely stay here again. There was 4 adults and three kids in our group and we had plenty of space. Hope this helps.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is very clean and well maintained. The bed in the master was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on while away from home. We really enjoy Regency Towers because it’s usually quit and on the quieter end of PCB. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation

We travel frequently for work/play and was truly delighted when stepping inside Jill’s condo and have it as the listing stated. The space was large enough for sure, all 3 beds were newer & extremely comfortable, all other furniture was in great shape, the 9th floor view above the right side pool was incredible, we had everything we needed supplied. Beach loungers start 3/1 and was easy to access, Bikini Bobs Tiki Bar near the pools had wonderful drinks, snacks & music playing most of the day after 3/1. FYI, there are no swim floats allowed in the pools except noodles. One pool is heated & one is not. The hot tub was clean & warm. Upon arrival~ Parking/ wrist bands cost $20 for all. This is a fabulous unit to rent!!!!

Great Week

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers. The condo was updated, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. And, the view!!! The 2 beach chair setups were a great addition. Will definitely look into staying at this unit in the future.

Wonderful condo, clean and modern, just like home!

Great family vacation! Condo was very clean and modern. Jill was great to work with, fast response when needed. Property is great for family vacation, clean pools and easy access to beach. Onsite bar and grill was great for a quick bite at the pool or to take down to the beach. Will definitely be back next year. THANKS JILL!!!!!

I have lived in PCB since 1995. I raised my family here and appreciate the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald blue waters here. I own Beach Therapeutic Massage located across the street from Regency Towers since 1999. I also own a 1 bedroom condo at Long Beach Resort. I want to share this great beach with everyone and make sure you have the best vacation ever.

I took great pride in renovating this condo. My husband and good friend helped immensely. Note the ceiling molding, they did a fantastic job! I try to furnish the condo the way I would want it, if I was on vacation, so I am always open to suggestions. Having the beach chair rentals is a big plus. You don't have to lug chairs down the elevator and drag them on the beach in the hot sun. Leaves you more time to enjoy the waves and a cocktail from Bikini Bob's. The beds are super comfortable and there is a 40 inch TV in both bedrooms. Last, but not least, is the view. I always say that the view from the balcony is a million $ view. We have some of the prettiest sunsets you've ever seen. Come stay and see for yourself. Jill
