This villa has been completely renovated and furnished with high-quality materials to ensure your utmost comfort. It features 5 rooms and consists of a 68 m² living area facing the ocean, including 2 living rooms, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the upper level, you’ll find a master suite with a king-size bed, featuring a spacious living area facing the ocean and a bedroom with a double bed. On this same level, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. If needed, we can convert the bed into two single beds.

The fourth bedroom, which also features a king-size bed, is located on the lower level facing the pool and the ocean. This room has its own separate private bathroom.

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The pool is a saltwater pool and is secured by a lockable gate.

The house has a water tank connected to the municipal water supply and a secure garage that can accommodate one car.

You’ll enjoy modern amenities, a swimming pool, three terraces facing the sea, a garage, and a breathtaking view of Marie Galante, Les Saintes, and Basse-Terre.

Ideal for relaxation, the house is located just a few minutes from shops and beaches (St. Felix, La Datcha).

You can reach LA DATCHA Beach in less than 5 minutes by car. This beach is lit every day until 10 p.m.

Also, every Friday a market is held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the town of Le Gosier.
