Please note under air conditioning it states there is an air conditioning fee if energy exceeds 25 Kwh. per day. (750Kwh. per month approx. $300 a month). Meter will be read upon arrival and departure. You will be responsible for overage. If you click on Host fees in your quote I am collecting $500 for Air Conditioning. You will be charged only for the portion over the 750 Kwh. allowed and rest will be reimbursed to you.
