Villa Paradise 2 Ximenoa

Dear Ms. Teresa, I truly apologize for the inconvenience at the Paradise 2 villa. As you understand it is summer time and this is in an open area very close to the forest. We have fumigated all the areas make sure there was no flies around the villa, yet the weather at this time of the year does not help. I can guarantee you that if you visit us at any other time of the year you wont see this happening as during the cold weather there are not flies at all. We will make a note of this comment and make sure it is corrected as soon as possible. About the pool, as I explained earlier the weather is not helping this type of the year. It has been raining a lot in the area during the past days. The pool is always in a perfect condition. The excess of rain , floated the pool few times. I will inform the administration about this comment as well. This is the first time we receive this type of review and will make sure everything is corrected right away. As far as the check in time. I will make sure VRBO update in the platform the check in time to be updated to at least 2:30PM. I tried reaching you via all your contacts since 11:00AM that morning to confirm the time you wanted to check it with no success. I have emailed you, texted you and called you on registered number but as you said you did not have signal in the Dominican Republicc on your phone and that is the reason I was not able to reach you.
