Beautifully updated home on large lot in the Enchanted Oaks neighborhood. This three-bedroom, two bath lakeside house has all you need for a perfect getaway. The spacious kitchen has all the appliances you need for a tasty vacation meal. The bar area between the kitchen and dining room is the perfect gathering place before and after your meals. The dining table is a perfect spot to host your family dinners.
The open great room has an expansive working fireplace for intimate gatherings after a long day on the lake. The first floor is rounded out with the master suite with ensuite bathroom for a private getaway for rest and relaxation. Head upstairs for the two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The home comfortably sleeps nine.
A highlight of the house is the large screened-in porch with gorgeous views of the oversized yard and beautiful lake. The porch is a great place to relax and entertain. The porch also features a television, dart board and fuss ball table. You will be out on the porch long after the sun goes down!
The gorgeous, double lot allows you to enjoy all the lake has to offer! The property is on a quiet cove. The fire pit is a perfect spot for watching the sunset and roasting marshmallows. The outdoor patio allows for dining under the stars with proximity to the gas grill available for our guests’ use.
Added fun on this property includes eight kayaks and a two-person paddle boat available for you and your guests with prior approval.

The house is in a great location to access all the Lake has to offer. We appreciated the responsiveness of the management and found the house to be very clean.

The pictures don’t do this properly justice! It was truly a beautiful and usable property from indoors to outdoors. Beautiful sunrises! I highly recommend this for anyone interested in staying at Cedar Creek Lake.

Family Mini weekend Trip !!

My Family and I had so much fun this weekend! The home was nice and had all the essentials we needed for bathroom/ kitchen. We were an able to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boat, loved that the dock had stairs to make it easy to get in and out of kayaks. We made memories around the fire pit and the whole family loved hanging out on the patio playing with the foose ball table and darts!

Exactly what we needed

Beautiful property, nice location, on canal, fire pit, kayaks, paddle boat, fishing, kids games and toys, quiet setting! It had it all! It was clean and seemed to have everything we forgot. The booking was last minute and the host got us in the same day. Thank you Michele!

Great Experience

We had a last minute booking, as I had made a mistake with my dates on another booking I had made in which they could not accommodate us. I reached out to the owner and she immediately got us in! It was such a wonderful stay and the house was nice and clean.

Great stay

We needed additional sleeping for a large family gathering nearby. This house was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Management was extremely responsive and flexible when we thought we might have to bring a pet. The only observation for future guests…the only bathroom downstairs is located in the primary bedroom so it is not easily accessible for all guests. Check water levels if planning to bring a boat. Great stay!

Serenity at it’s best

I traveled from California to see my mom. This place was beyond beautiful. It was a peaceful place for me to relax after spending the days visiting my mom who is in a nearby nursing home. This house left you wanting for absolutely nothing. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, had endless activities for families. Phone chargers on every night stand. Not that you will want to be on your phone in this beautiful setting. In closing I can’t say enough about this property. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, a little under stocked

Property was perfect for a fishing trip for 6 men. Great for relaxing, watching football (if you can airplay from your phone), and comfortable sleeping. The screened porch was great for late September weather. The kitchen lacked some cookware that could be handy and no dish brush or dish soap made it difficult to clean up. Regardless, the guys would book this place again.

Disappointed

The setting near Cedar Creek is nicely treed and quiet. The home itself is dated and was disappointing. From pet stains on several carpets to a scarcity of towels, we had hoped for a seamless experience. There were remnants of previous residents that called into question the overall maintenance. We left one day early.

The perfect family getaway!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home nestled in the trees in a quiet cove on Cedar Creek Lake. The home was clean, comfy and had a beautiful screened in porch with a foos ball table (we had some lively competitions!) games, darts, and seating looking out at the lake. Also one of our favorite things was using the kayaks - there were plenty for our whole family and we loved getting out and experiencing the lake at sunset in the kayaks. We also had big family dinners around the large table followed by lots of board games. We were able to use the neighborhood boat dock to launch our boat as the lake is down a bit. It worked great for us! Also Morgan was extremely responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this home for a family or couples who want to really feel as if they "got away from it all" for a few days! We will definitely be back!

Cedar Creek lake getaway

Had so much fun staying at this awesome property! We all enjoyed all this cute home has to offer! The screened in porch was PERFECT for relaxing while watching Saturday football, playing games & socializing. Backyard was great for hanging out by the firepit, cooking s’mores, watching sunrise & sunsets! Dock was set up nicely so boys were constantly fishing! Kayaks were used by all of us & so fun! Water is shallow right by dock but gets deeper quickly so you can play in water there. Oh, and did I mention house was so clean & nicely laid out. Owner thought of many extras like waterproof cases for you to put phone in while kayaking so you can take pictures while out, games galore inside & in the shed with kayaks! Great house & great fun! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic getaway

Everything about this property is first rate. First and foremost, you cannot beat the community this property is in. Enchanted Oaks is its own township, and the neighborhood and surroundings are some of the best around Cedar Creek. The property itself is great with more than enough room to roam, relax and play games. This property was clean and well furnished to provide guests everything we needed to be comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with with all the necessities to make homemade meals. And the best part was the extensive selection of provided activities this rental provides. They have multiple kayaks and canoes, giant inflatable raft that can accommodate 5 or 6 people (with plug-in air pump), a paddle boat, high quality life vests, yard games, bluetooth speakers for the back yard and a fire pit to sit the entire family around at night. A+ property, accommodations and property managers. Our friends already want to book it themselves, so don't wait.

Family Weekend Getaway

Greak location and really nice lake just hour or so outside of DFW. Lots of amenities and games. Porch is a bonus but super hot middle of the day in June (it's covered but outside). Outside sitting area is nice. Grill worked great. The big downside is water level is down and there was no way to fish or swim off dock. It was quite gross in the cove. Lots trash and yuck in the muddy cove. The property next door looked abandoned and their dock was a mess. But a short paddle out in 1 of the 8 kayak's and your out in the middle of the large cove to kayak and fish. Without the kayaks it would have been a 1-2 star rating. Kitchen and living area could use some updating but looked to have new flooring everywhere else and was very clean. It's a lake house.. not a luxury vrbo. Management was great and kept in communication before and during our stay. Will contact her again for other properties they might manage. Burger-n-Bean restaurant in in Athens (10 min drive) was excellent for a local diner/restaurants - Catfish was best we've had about anywhere.

Can I Just Say Relaxing

The property is AMAZING! I was able to kayak and read my book. My husband fished, we all caught something. We played games, like for real we totally disconnected. I love that the rooms upstairs didn't have a television; which caused my teenagers to actually sleep at night. It was so pleasant to have real conversations and spacious enough to get away from conversations, lol! The kitchen had all necessary essentials. We will definitely be coming back. The property manager was totally on point with communication. Thank you!!

Great place!

This property was perfect for us. The rooms/bed set up was great for having boys and girls. There were so many fun things to do- the kids were never bored. The foosball table and darts, kayaks and paddleboat, fishing on the dock- it was a great get away for us all.
