This is a lovely home with a very wide open floor plan. It has 4,040 square feet and has five bedrooms. The house sleeps upwards of 12 people. The basement includes a pullout couch, entertainment center, shuffle board, Ping Pong, Klackers, and a poker/board game table and plenty of family board games and books. The house also includes a wood burning stove to stay warm in the evenings, with three separate porches. There is a back porch, a basement walkout porch and a wrap around front deck to view sunsets from. The master bedroom is equipped with a California King sized bed and a jetted jacuzzi bathtub. The wildlife are abundant and often make their beds around the property lines. The residence lies within tall pine trees that can often be heard swaying in the evening winds .

This property is located in a subdivision that has a private lake nearby. The lake can be used for fishing, paddle boarding or lounging. If you seek a larger lake activities, Vallecito Lake is located 10 miles away from the residence. This lake offers boating, trout fishing, camping and other hiking opportunities. Guest Bedroom 3; Dream Room: Twin trundle beds and a toddler bed. We also have a pack and play for smaller children.
Guest Bedroom 4; The Zen Room: King bed with an option of a queen blowup mattress if necessary.
Downstairs Game/Entertainment Room: Pullout Double mattress
We also have two couches for additional space, if an extra guest comes at the last minute.
