Welcome to La Tinezerie, a warm family home located 8 minutes from Quend Plage and in the heart of the Baie de Somme. You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 baby beds and up to 9 beds.

It is made up of a house & an outbuilding, each with a bathroom (the 3rd & 4th bedrooms are located in the outbuilding)

Enjoy the barbecue on the large 65m2 terrace not overlooked and relax in the spacious garden.

Sheets and towels are provided and beds are made upon your arrival and 2 bicycles are loaned to you.

Our family home is unique, because it allows you to be with family or friends without disturbing each other and while maintaining your autonomy thanks to the main house & its annex.

In the house, a friendly living room with American kitchen opening onto a balcony with a view of the fields (extendable table for up to 10 place settings).

The first bedroom has a double bed and a desk.

The second bedroom has 3 single beds including a single bed on the mezzanine

In the house you will also find a functional bathroom and separate toilet.

In the annex, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an additional sleeping area with two single beds. Finally, you will also find a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Outside: A large terrace of 65m2 with garden furniture, chairs and table for 10 people. A large garden and plenty of fun for pleasant afternoons and aperitifs: a giant Mikado game, mini golf, badminton rackets, a Molki game. A barbecue is available.

Free internet access is available in the house. You will also find books and lots of board games (Monopoly, Who is it?, Scrabble, Cluedo, Card...) to play with family or friends.

Nearby: beaches, hikes, sand yachting, golf, Marquenterre park, aquatic center, amusement park.

For shopping: 5 minutes by bike, grocery store (Vival) with good bakery, farm sales (Ferme du bas champs), Carrefour with curbside pickup 15 minutes by car.
