The property is very nice! It's spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a long-term stay. The only downside is the location. Although it's nice to stay in a property with privacy. It's not an ideal place to stay if you do not have your own vehicle. It's located further out from the main road which can be a challenge if you want to venture out into tourist or popular spots among the locals, need food delivery services, want to be able to take a walk, or want to use public transportation. Also, the kitchen didn't necessarily have an adequate amount of cookware, bakeware, or cooking utensils which wouldn't be too bad if we could easily access restaurants. Depending on how you want to experience the island, this property may or may not be a good fit. The owner and groundskeeper are very nice and went above and beyond to ensure we got settled. Also, they were easily reachable for any questions or guidance that we needed. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the property but just a few nuances to consider if you're thinking about staying here.

It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and most appreciate you treating it like your home! We apologize that we didn’t communicate as clearly as we should have during your stay, and we sincerely appreciate your thoughtful feedback.
We know you had friends on the island, but we should have asked more questions to ensure transportation options were as accessible as possible—thank you for sharing that insight. We are tucked away from the main drag, adjacent to the Darren Sammy Cricket Ground at the center of Saint Lucia’s sports tourism and concert events. Access to the property does require either a car or public transportation from the foot of the hill. Once settled, the property is within walking distance of tennis courts and horseback riding, with an aquatic center coming soon, and just an 8–15 minute drive from Rodney Bay Marina and the beautiful beaches of Pigeon Island.
We are constantly updating our cooking and baking accessories for our townhomes and currently provide a variety of items—including coffee grinders, air fryers, outdoor grills, and pizza ovens—available upon request. We regret not making this clearer.
Please do consider staying with us again if you visit Saint Lucia in the future—you would be most welcome and we promise to make you more comfortable.

This is a very nice, very large nicely anointed townhouse. The location isn’t great because it is about 10 minute drive to the closest amenities so you need a car. It’s also beside a cement plant that can be noisy during the day, however that didn’t really bother us. The townhouse is right beside the pool which felt like our own because only 2 of the 4 townhouses were occupied and the local family in the other one didn’t use it very often. The kitchen is fairly well supplied and we made the host aware of what could be added and I got the impression that they will do that. We were unable to use the air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom because it drains loudly above every 20 minutes which kept us awake. At the duty free shop at the marina the prices are about half. You need to show your passport and proof of departure which they will enter in their system the first time and then you don’t need to show it again. You can consume the alcohol in St. Lucia and/or take it with you. Overall we were happy with our accommodations and Elizabeth was very helpful.

Amazing home!
From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I had renting a home. Even before arriving at the location, Dana answered all of my questions about the property, putting me at ease about my choice.
The property itself was actually better in person. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was awesome, ac and fans were a dream on those super hot days. And the place came with everything needed for a stay (think towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc) and was very clean!
Topping it all off is the speediness of problem solving (not that there were many). Your wifi is slow, no problem…you need help figuring things out…a non issue. We just had to reach out and got immediate responses to any question.
Lastly, the location of the home was perfect! Private, but still easy to get to everything else (supermarket, Rodney bay, Gros Islet etc).
Will definitely stay there again.
