It is well equipped and has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The beds are new and the paintings redone. The 3 main bedrooms now have air conditioning. The living room is spacious, with a television and air conditioning if needed. The kitchen is equipped.
The view is unobstructed, nice medium sized garden and pleasant shaded terrace, with outdoor barbecue, for your meals.
Laundry room with washing machine and half garage for bikes and beach equipment (there is also a 2nd fridge in the garage).
The house can accommodate a large family or 2 small families.
Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost.
