Do you desire a vacation where you have everything needed to truly enjoy a restful and well deserved vacation? This condominium offers all the conveniences of being close to restaurants, bars, the Jet Express, and downtown Port Clinton, while offering a restful setting right on Lake Erie. This condo is located on the end unit of the most southerly building offering more privacy then many of the units, simply due to the proximity. The property overall is the ONLY community with a private beach, pool and hot tub.
To the North, you will find a nice lawn area to rest and enjoy the views and the breaker wall. To the west of this condo, there is a nice beach and Docks Beach house with great food, drinks and entertainment. To the east of the condo, you can walk across the bridge to the the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton. On the east side of the property, we have a beautiful pool with a hot tub. This property offers the only private beach and private pool in the area.

The only thing between this condo and the water is a nice grassy area and the break wall. This condo is clean and almost everything is new, including new flooring throughout and furnishings, 60" flat screen TV, kitchen supplies/equipment, towels, linens and more!

This condo sleeps 2-4 people, with a comfy queen bed in master, a day bed with trundle bed in the living room. We also have a new memory foam fold out bed, as well. We use 100% cotton sheets, nice pillows and have all new linens and comforters.

This one bedroom, one bath condo, is located on the first floor of the building at the very end/very west point of the complex, which makes it much more private than any other unit. Watching the the sunset from this condo is remarkable and unforgettable. It is one of the top 5 condos in the complex.

NOTE: We do not have a full range/stove in this condo. We have a combination microwave/broiler/oven and a glass top stove top.

NOTE: We do not have a bathtub. Refer to the picture of the bathroom to see how it is configured.

NOTE: Although this is on the first floor, there are steps to enter the condo from the front. There are no elevators. We do have an end unit, so those with issues with the steps typically enter from the back. There is no walk to the back entry, only a flat grassy area that most navigate without issue. If this is a concern, please do not book within Waterfronts as ALL condos have the same front entry configuration.

NOTE: I have been a 5 star owner on VRBO for over two decades. This condo is top notch and very clean.
