CHARMING STUDIO IN BORDEAUX ST AUGUSTIN

Bordeaux Saint Augustin, charming and warm new studio of 20m² for 2 people, fully independent, with individual access and pleasant small private garden, wooded. Ideally located, close to the Saint Augustin (50m), Bel Air (250m) and Pellegrin Hospital (800m) clinics.
7 minutes by bus from Bordeaux center (bus stop 50m from the studio).
30 minutes from Mérignac Airport and 20 minutes from Saint Jean train station (direct line n°1).
Parking is free on the street.
The accommodation
The studio is composed of:
- A 140x200 2-seater sofa bed from "La Maison du Convertible". The bed base is entirely slatted and the memory foam mattress is very comfortable (high quality daily sleeping).
- A fitted and equipped kitchen (crockery, induction hob, oven, microwave, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, "Dolce Gusto" coffee maker).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Cleaning fees offered if respect for the premises and departure instructions. Otherwise, cleaning fees will be applied.
- Pets not allowed.
- Non-smoking.
Traveler access
You can park on the street, all around the accommodation, for FREE. You will see marked "paid" on the ground, but parking has been cancelled in our neighborhood. So you won't find parking meters! And our neighborhood is very quiet.
Also you can walk to the center of Saint Augustin where you will find, a first bakery at 400m then all types of shops at 600m with a very lively neighborhood life, animated by a small organic market on Wednesday mornings.
Other remarks
We welcome our travelers on a possible time slot from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the evening.
However, once an arrival time has been agreed with guests, we ask that you respect this schedule commitment and contact the host for any delays.
