Farm Life! The Rosemary Cabin at Bluff Mountain Nursery

The Rosemary Cabin at Bluff Mountain Nursery. Nestled at the top of the hill in the heart of our plant nursery, youā€™ll be sure to be surrounded by beauty and nature a like. The Rosemary is custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind. We have eight greenhouses full of amazing perennials, annuals, herbs and vegetables to explore. You can also visit our farm during your stay to collect fresh eggs from free range chickens, wave at the pigs, pet the sheep, goats and dogs. The Rosemary is located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. Itā€™s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access.

The Rosemary has a stunning covered porch with dining table and seating area plus a large screened in porch so you can enjoy the great outdoors without the bugs! Enjoy a soak in the 2-3 person Hot Tub from a new deck with beautiful mountain views. Our kitchen is fully stocked with full size equipment, K-cup and regular coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. Open living space offers a queen sized bed, futon, gas logs, blue tooth speaker and TV. The Rosemary will sleep 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Your fur-baby pets are welcome too. All bed linens and towels are provided.

This was the perfect Christmas vacation. There was even a tree provided for us. We loved how cozy the cabin was as well as the view of the mountains from the hot tub. We hiked around the property a bit, and met the animals. Would stay again!

We had a great time at the Rosemary Cabin. Danni was extremely accessible and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and a great way to relax after hiking Max Patch and to enjoy the stars. Excellent stay.

Itā€™s a beautiful mountain retreat. Very cabin feel so expect the occasional spider or creepy crawly, but the views and peace and quiet make it SO worth it! Exploring the greenhouses and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long hike day were the absolute best. Danni was super accommodating and very responsive to any questions we had. One of our most favorite stays ever!!! Will definitely plan to go back.

Mountain Getaway

I stopped here on my way home from the beach, it was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Danny and her dad are lovely hosts and very accommodating. I canā€™t wait to stay here again.

Rosemary Cabin

We went to Max Patch near Clyde NC to visit friends. Stayed in this charming cabin, perfect size, small but well stocked and lovely views. Our dogs were welcome and I loved the porch swing and the screened in porch for reading. Quiet, her dogs greeted us every day especially Jack. We are planning to return next year!

Love and gratitude

Everything I was looking for in a cabin for a birthday celebration was there! Itā€™s such a beautiful location, comfortable beds, full enough kitchen. They were very generous w the property, access to all the greenhouses, a hiking trail and encouraged us to take some plants with us on our way outbreak prepared to bring youā€™r own spices and cooking oils! It was perfect thank you!

A breath of fresh air

This little plot of land is so special, it rained most of my stay but I didnā€™t mind one bit! Mountain rain is one of the best things on the planet. The host created a very comfortable, cozy space on the property and I am grateful to have had the pleasure. Thank you to Danni & to the wonderful garden workers at Bluff Mountain Nursery for their kindness and hospitality all weekendā€”would love to come back and take advantage of the farm tour/animal meet-and-greet next time!

Great accommodations and tge coolest farm dogs you can imagine. The one dog, Jake, basically acts as a tour guide. We also really enjoyed the hot tub on a starry night

Great mountain getaway

The lovely cabin is located near hot springs, which was definitely pretty far out for me and my partner, but after a long drive over there, we were rewarded tenfold. The cabin is very tidy and clean. The kitchen has everything one might need. The bed is comfortable and located next to a nice heater, that will keep you warm during a cold night. We were greeted by three very cuddly and friendly work dogs that love to be petted but are not pushy. The hot tub was perfect for a romantic evening with a nice view into the mountainside and a good view of the stars. Everything was very quiet. The next day we were guided around the area of the local farm, saw some animals, saw the plants that are being grown and got to know a lot about the place. Everybody was very kind to us. At the end we were allowed to take a basil plant with us for free and left with a very relaxed feeling. In short: great stay, 10/10, looking forward to coming back!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this lovely cabin and it was perfect. The home was beautifully decorated, we got to meet Danni and her dad, who are the nicest folks you can have the pleasure of knowing. The lodging was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The puppies were an added bonus as they were so chill. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Everything about our stay at the Rosemary Cabin was wonderful! Jake, Jackson and Jolene greeted us and Tommy and Danni were wonderful hosts. Campfire, hot tub and stars. Magnificent!

Screened in porch! So worth it.

The only issue I have is that the beds were all in one room. That was a bit surprising. There was one on the porch, but it was too cold to spend a late September night out there.

Nice getaway from the City

Danni was so accommodating. Love all the animals especially Jake the dog. The town of Hot Springs was beautiful with lots of trails and lockouts to view the mountains. If we ever make it back to North Carolina most definitely will stay here again.

A lovely cabin nestled deep in the mountains. The hosts were very gracious providing fresh eggs, coffee, and a cozy cottage for rest, relaxation, and beautiful views of the mountains and their nursery gardens.
