Our spacious F2 bis apartment of 75m2, with a large living terrace facing the lagoon, is equipped with all modern conveniences (free Wi-Fi, smart TV, high-tech fan air conditioning) and elegant and refined furnishings to offer you a pleasant stay. The rooms are very comfortable, suitable for couples, families or friends, and the kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, kitchen hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.). Open to the living room, it offers a friendly setting to cook your delicious meals while enjoying the ocean view.

PRIVATE POOL
The lovely private pool and its sun loungers welcome you to enjoy the mild temperate climate of Tahiti, ranging from 24 to 32°C all year round, surrounded by two large Fare Potee, traditional shaded meeting spaces of Polynesia. Well-being and relaxation guaranteed! You will immediately be charmed by this very quiet upscale small residence, bordered by the sea and a river, a true oasis of relaxation and serenity, in the heart of a lush garden where the trade winds come to rock the coconut trees, palm trees, and tropical flowers.
Please note that the yellow color of the pool is due to the color of its interior paint, but the water is actually very clear, blue and very clean, regularly maintained by a professional pool cleaner.

Located 15 km west of Tahiti-Faa'a International Airport, our apartment is close to the International Golf Course of Tahiti which you can reach in 25 minutes and less than 20 minutes from the capital Papeete. The famous white sand beach of Tahiti at PK18 is 2 km, 5 minutes by road.
Surfers will also be close to the most famous spots in Tahiti, the world surfing temple, and less than 1 hour's drive from the legendary Teahupoo wave that will host the 2024 Olympic surfing events.
