The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Canet-en-Roussillon, this charming house air-conditioned with a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 20 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A living room of 20 m² exposed to the south with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 20 m² composed of a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in parallel of the Mediterranean square, 300 meters from the beach and 10 minutes from the port. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Various activities such as the aquarium "Oniria", the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf, boat and jet ski rental, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, many bike tours, Olympic swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.
- Starting point for many exceptional sites: Collioure at 30mn, Spain at 45mn, the mountains and the ski slopes at 1h30, Barcelona at 2h30, etc...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
