Our spacious 150-meter home, set on a large, tree-lined garden with a beautiful panoramic view, welcomes you for a vacation combining nature and comfort—whether you prefer the shade or the sun. It features a secure 8×4-meter swimming pool, 1.20 meters deep, with a counter-current system. The 3,000 m² property is not overlooked, ensuring a peaceful stay.<br> Garden furniture, a table for 10–12 people, a hammock, a swing, and a plancha grill are available.<br>We’re located a 3-minute walk from the center of a small medieval village. There you’ll find a full-service mini-market, a produce stand, a cheese shop, and a small eatery. You can taste local wines directly at the wineries.<br>The large living room opens onto the terrace through two large sliding glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The 30 m² library provides access to the bedrooms and stays cool in the summer. It is equipped with a TV, a desk, and a variety of games for adults and children, as well as books and comic books.<br><br> 10 minutes from the village of Saint-Guihem-le-Désert and the Hérault Gorges, where you can swim, go canoeing or kayaking, hike the via ferrata, and enjoy numerous hiking trails<br>30 minutes from Montpellier, 40 minutes from the beaches, and 50 minutes from Sète.<br>We rent by the week but can accommodate your arrival and departure dates. We can provide a baby bed and/or an extra bed for a child if needed.
