Large farmhouse in the countryside, quiet and cosy

The house is set in a large, quiet garden and is close to shops and entertainment options:
> 5-minute walk to the village (grocery store, bakery, bar/tobacco shop/restaurant, butcher shop, pharmacy).
> The forest is accessible on foot via trails that pass by the farm and the animals.
> 25 minutes from the ocean (Pléneuf, Cap Fréhel...). 10 minutes from the Château de la Hunaudaye, Ferme d’Antan, and water sports activities in Jugon-les-Lacs.

The Accommodation
In front of the house is a large garden with a covered patio and outdoor furniture, as well as a covered area for sheltered parking. A small outbuilding provides storage space for belongings (bicycles, games, etc.) and houses the washing machine.

The entryway opens onto a large living and dining area furnished with sofas, an armchair, and a large table, featuring a wood-burning stove in an old fireplace and beautiful stone walls. The sofa converts into a double bed. Several doors lead out to the garden.

The separate kitchen is right next door and fully equipped with a table and chairs, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. It opens onto the garden.

Further along on the first floor is a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Two large bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a sofa bed.

Upstairs, three large bedrooms: one with a sofa bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed and a small sink. There is also a restroom upstairs.
Guest Access
You have access to the entire property except for the attic and a pantry, which are reserved. The house is adjacent to other dwellings on the farmstead, which are occupied and to which you do not have access.

LENGTH OF STAY
During the summer, we accept weekly reservations from Saturday to Saturday. However, please feel free to contact us—we can sometimes accommodate special requests.

BEDDING AND SHEETS
Sheets are not provided.We can provide them for €15 per bed.

NEAR A FARM
The house is next to a farm that raises buffalo using organic farming methods (producing mozzarella, yogurt, and fresh cheese). It is important to follow these guidelines:

> The farm buildings are private and strictly off-limits to the public.
> The animals must not be disturbed: do not enter the fields, and do not feed them.
> The farm does not sell its products on-site. If you’d like to try the farm’s products, the “Plédélices” store sells them (a grocery store in the village).

You are, however, welcome to walk along the paths that run past the farm and the fields.
