Welcome to Grand Panama! This unit sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a dedicated bunk room with blackout curtains and a sound machine. In addition, there is a pack n’ play in the guest closet available. The master and guest bedrooms have new mattresses. The bedrooms feature 50” smart TVs and the living room has a 55” smart TV. The living room has a new recliner to relax in.

The resort features 2 buildings. Tower 1 is the gulf front building. The towers are connected by a skywalk. There are 2 HEATED POOLS and each also has a hot tub. The Tower 1 heated pool is just in front of this stunning condo, beach front. Above the parking deck, in tower 2 is the 2nd heated pool, hot tub and gym. Tower 1 features the gulf, has a lagoon style pool, hot tub, kids pool, and its own tiki bar.

Our condo is unit 1-102 in the gulf front tower. It is ground floor and coined Sandy Bottom. From this patio you can see the gulf while only being steps away from the water and tiki bar. At night you can enjoy the hot tub while only being steps from your room to refill your drink and for a quick bathroom break.

During the day you can walk right up to the patio and drop all of your sandy items on the patio without taking them in the room, via our patio gate.

Beautiful

Wonderful stay! Being on the bottom floor with 4 littles was the best with the amount of things we carried to the beach! Very clean condo with a well stocked kitchen! Box fans that were available were major plus for us as my littlest sleeps with white noise! I was a little worried being on the bottom floor next to the pool for nap time but we couldn't hear anything! We have stayed in 4 other condos at Grand Panama and this was by far my favorite!! Will definitely be booking again!!

Pool level is great

Being in a high rise has it perks but ground level no elevators is nice. Concern would be for the patio and access but the grounds are very secured and not a worry about bugs. I recommend for anyone with senior travelers and not waiting for the elevator and access to the room is great for unloading and loading.

Great Property

Perfect place to stay for a family spring break. We loved that this unit was on the first floor. It made it easy to unload our things and not having to use the elevators was a huge plus. The condo was clean and updated. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. I was unaware that there were none provided but luckily I had brought towels from home. The check in process was fairly easy. We did the car registration online and paid for parking and wristbands upfront ($50). When we arrived the person checking guests in was on a lunch break so we had to wait for them to get back to pick up our packet. But we were lucky enough to get an early check in from the owners so we just waited in the condo. The location is great, lots to do. I would say the only negative was that on the second day there was another unit next to us who chain smoked cigarettes and had cut fish or bait and it just smelled awful on the back porch. Every time I opened the back door to go out there was a stench. I was so worried that our place was going to start to smell also but was able to keep it out. Overall this was a great experience. The owners seemed really nice and accommodating to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place!

Family getaway

Perfect! Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool and beach from the condo patio. We made use of the provided beach chairs and umbrella a couple of days! Would definitely stay here again.

I love reading reviews

I research a lot before I go on trips to get the most out of what I am doing. I love reading reviews and I’m going to be as concise as possible. This condo comfortably housed my family of five along with my sister in law and my 3 nephews. So 6 kids and 3 adults. Before I get into the accommodations, I want to let you know that the owner has a YouTube channel where he gives you a tour along with useful hacks to get the most out of the property. Most times I like rooms on high levels for the balcony beach view but no, this was perfect. Your back patio has a door that opens up to everything! You are feet away from the pool, tiki bar, and beach. Perfect location, also close to everything you will want to do in PCB. It’s the main drag or strip in the city. The condo was flawless. Bunk area for the younger kids, living room couch sleeper for my 17 year old nephew , my sister in law and my daughter slept in the second bedroom and me and my wife had the master with the plush bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. We travel together every year and we have been in a lot more expensive places but not much better. It felt like a real vacation. Kitchen fully equipped(important with kids) patio had 2 areas, one you can see and one ducked off by the master bedroom with nice seating all around. There was also beach toys and stuff to use available. I would give this property 10/10. The only thing that got a little inconvenient was the parking because it’s so busy spring break season. If you don’t get a spot directly in front of the building, you have to go across the street to some funky difficult parking lot. 🚨insider tip🚨 they don’t enforce the time limits on the parking in front after hours so feel free to park there without worry. Besides, where the condo is, you can easily walk out and see your car anytime. Also when loading and unloading bags, you can pull right by the room and hand your stuff to someone over the rail since you are on the first floor. I thought I was gonna be quick with this review but it was more important to let you know everything. Also, the building has its own YouTube channel where they show what’s happening at the pool 24/7. It’s so fun to watch leading up to the trip knowing you will be there. Hot tub got a lot of action and If you go into the pool area after hours, security put you out. That was the only time I saw them. They were not an overwhelming presence at all. Everything was very relaxed and it was a great stay.

Very kid friendly

We really really enjoyed the condo! Pictures really doesn't do this condo justice. Even with the bad weather we experienced this week, the "kids" (5 teenage boys) still had enough room and since there's so many tvs, we didn't have to listen to arguments! Once the weather cleared (last 2 days we were there) then the convenience to the pool and beach were AMAZING!!

The pictures did not do this property justice! Having younger children, this property was perfect for pool access and beach access. The location is great for food and fun. Overall, this is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in.

Great condo in a great location!! Condo was very clean upon arrival. Property managers were very easy to work with. Any communication was responded to very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We just fell in love with this 2BR/2BA condo with Bunks, which we have affectionately named Sandy Bottom. You will get a good night's sleep in our beds. Our guests love the mattresses. The TVs are also a good size, so you don't have to strain to see them. We have comfortable patio furniture to sit on. We also have a sound machine and box fans, so any noise from the condo can be drowned out to ensure a good night's sleep.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The ground floor unit could not be any more convenient. You can come up from the beach and just drop your wet sandy items on the patio before entering the condo. The gate on the patio allows easy access to the pool, tiki bar, and beach. Once you experience the ground floor you will never want to be anywhere else.
