Very nice renovated studio with cabin, facing east, located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator just steps from the beach. Accommodates 4 people, it includes a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a recess with bunk beds, a bathroom with toilet, and a glassed-in loggia with views of the sea and ponds. Newly furnished and equipped, fully renovated, very bright. Close to the beach, market, and shops.
Towels and sheets available upon request, payment on site, optional cleaning service.
Pets not allowed.

It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.
The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
