The bedroom opens onto a pleasant terrace and features a closet as well as a 160-cm bed for peaceful nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchen island, and includes a stovetop, an oven, a refrigerator-freezer, an electric coffee maker, kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
