Magnificent modern chalet located at the foot of the slopes, with a breathtaking view of the valley and its massifs. Summer and winter, take a breath of fresh air at an altitude of 1700m.
The chalet benefits from an excellent location: opposite the Bouleaux chairlift (50m away) at the shuttle bus starting point serving the resort, close to the shops and the aerial cableway to go down to the village of Saint-Lary.

With family or friends, this comfortable chalet extends over 3 levels and includes 5 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people, and can accommodate up to 12 people.
The entrance is through the 1st floor, which includes the reception rooms. The bedrooms are distributed on the first floor and the 2nd floor.
The practical little + is the private and secure ski room for your sports equipment on the first floor.

The chalet was completely renovated in 2018. All facilities
(household appliances, bedding, decoration) are therefore completely new since its
Reopening. Optimal living comfort with all double-glazed windows, offering maximum insulation. All openings are equipped with electric shutters.

This cottage is NO smoking. Our pet friends are not allowed in the cottage.
Cleaning must be carried out by each tenant.

For rentals for the 2024 winter season: cleaning fees are invoiced and reimbursed when the inventory of fixtures is validated, carried out by an external company. This company makes a report and allows us to release all or part of the amount deducted (80€)
